I got back on track with a better food choices and tracking, water intake, and exercise and walking everyday this week. Dropping about 8 pounds. Most of it is water.

@Joe Carabase, it is not about exercising but more about mindful food intake . on weekends, I tend to think I could have more than I usually do and i’m having a hard time controlling the intake.
