Perspective
I am a firm believer that the only thing we need to change in our lives is our own perception or our own perspective of our lives or situations.... What is your opinion in making positive changes in your life? Do you agree its all perspective? Yes or no and why?

I believe in taking radical responsibility for my life. This is not about blame, responsibility simply means the ability to respond. I choose to live from victor consciousness rather than victimhood. Only I have the power to change, to be happy, and to love myself. That is no one else’s job. I also choose not to give anyone that kind of power over me, because if it’s their fault, then I would always be waiting on them to change and people don’t change for you. My freedom comes from knowing that my response, my choices, and my perspective are mine alone.
Emotions....
Do you believe in "good" and "bad" emotions? Yes or no and why?

Most of us are taught early on to label emotions as “good” (joy, love, peace) or “bad” (anger, sadness, fear). But those labels carry judgment and often make us push away or suppress what feels “bad.” The truth is, all emotions carry intelligence, energy, and information. So with the woman in my community I reframe a lot: I call them limited vs. unlimited emotions, you’re shifting the focus from morality (good/bad) to capacity and possibility. This lens honors that all emotions are valid signals, but some keep us stuck while others help us grow, heal, and create. It’s less about “right or wrong” and more about: Does this emotion confine me or free me? Not to be confused with Good and Evil. I do believe in that. Emotions are simply experiences of energy in motion, while good and evil are moral and ethical frameworks used to judge human behavior, choices, and intentions. Emotions themselves are neutral, but when expressed through action they take on meaning, anger, for example, is just an emotion, yet choosing to harm someone out of anger can be considered evil, while compassion is also an emotion, and acting on it to help someone in need can be considered good. In this way, good and evil arise not from the feeling itself, but from how we choose to use the energy behind it.
What’s your favorite color:)
Today I heard Brené Brown say that she would no longer compromise who she is and that she had done that for the first 30 years of her life and she would no longer do that. I think that’s great if you know who you are, but for someone who’s been raised as a people pleaser that statement can feel pretty overwhelming. I guess my recommendation would be start by figuring out what your favorite color is, it’s a lot harder than you think:) I’ve always said my favorite color is red but I gravitate to all shades of blue. So it would seem my favorite color is blue:) What’s yours?

Biggest challenge?
What is something you’re having to deal with now, mental or mental physical health, that you didn’t expect…or something you’re struggling with also regarding physical and or mental health?

I recently connected the dots between my menopause journey and histamine intolerance. Over the past two years, I’ve been more mindful of what I eat and how my body reacts. I already meditate each morning, and I’ve now added nighttime meditations, while also making sure to manage my emotions through regular check-ins with my ANS and regulating as needed. I’ve also started incorporating local honey and bee pollen into my routine. On this trip, everything seemed to click. This week has been my best week yet 🙌. It may be a combination of these practices working together🧘I may never know exactly which one made the difference🥰 but I’m simply grateful for the outcome.
