I’m Starting 75 Hard on December 1 — Who’s Joining Me?
As real estate professionals, we carry a lot — responsibility to clients, pressure to perform, family obligations, financial goals, deadlines, and the constant push to grow. And in the middle of all that, one thing often gets pushed aside: Our health. Not just physical health…but mental health, emotional health, sleep, hydration, discipline, and overall well-being. When your health fades, everything else eventually follows. Your energy drops. Your confidence dips. Your stress increases. Your performance suffers. Your business slows down. That’s why — starting December 1 — I’m committing to something bigger, something personal, something foundational: 🔥 75 Hard Not for the aesthetics. Not for the trend. Not for the bragging rights. But because I know that when I’m disciplined in my body, I’m sharper in my business. I’m more patient. More focused. More energized. More resilient. And I show up better for my clients, my family, and this community. And I want to invite you to join me. 💥 Why This Matters for Us as Agents Real estate is a high-performance profession. Every day requires clarity, confidence, emotional stability, and mental toughness. But those things don’t magically appear — they’re built. They come from: - Moving your body - Fueling your mind - Strengthening your discipline - Getting high-quality sleep - Hydrating - Keeping promises to yourself - Taking control of your daily habits When we take care of ourselves, we show up in our business with ten times the power. And this challenge is a chance to build that power — together. 👊 The Invitation Beginning December 1, I’ll be logging my daily results in the Health & Fitness section of our community. I’m inviting YOU to take on your own 75-day health journey with me. Your version doesn’t have to be perfect. It doesn’t have to match mine. You could choose a challenging variation of it which keeps you, intentional, and consistent: - Daily movement - Better sleep - Healthier eating - Increased hydration - Morning routine - Mental fitness - Emotional discipline - Tracking your progress - Keeping promises to yourself

Trammell Crow Master Builder by Robert Sobel - This a great book about the story of Trammell Crow and how he built one of the largest real estate empires. (it can be pricey and hard to find but overall an amazing book. Am I being too subtle by Sam Zell - Another great story about the real estate legend Sam Zell Outliers the story of success by Malcom Gladwell - Stories on some of the greatest entrepreneurs and innovators explain why they are successful over their competition. One of my favorite authors makes it very easy to read and is hard to put down. Why Self Development Matters
Why Personal Growth and Self-Development Matter? If we aren’t moving forward—creating, building, and growing—what are we really doing? Think about it. A tree doesn’t sprout a few leaves, grow a little, and then stop for the rest of its life. It continues to stretch upward, year after year, expanding its branches, deepening its roots, and producing new fruit. Growth is not optional in nature—it’s built into the design. We’re no different. In fact, we’re unique. Unlike a tree that’s fixed in place, we can think deeply, act with intention, and choose where and how we grow. A tree can’t uproot itself and move to better soil, but we can. We can change careers, change environments, change our mindset, and create a better version of ourselves. That’s not just remarkable—it’s a responsibility. “Success is my duty” ~ Grant Cardone 🌱 The Risk of Standing Still So why do some of us stop growing? Why do some become complacent going through the motion while slowing loosing the joy of life and others spiral out of control? Because life, while simple in its principles, can feel incredibly complex in its execution. We get distracted. We settle for “good enough.” We let fear or comfort outweigh progress. But what’s really happening: when you stop growing, you start declining. There’s no neutral ground. 🔑 The Power of Daily Intention Personal growth doesn’t happen by accident—it happens by design. Each day, you have the chance to: - Get focused on what matters most. (If you don’t have a “why statement” go complete Mod 0 Lesson 1 over in the classroom) - Be intentional with your time and energy. - Practice discipline by doing what’s necessary, not just what’s easy. When you commit to this daily practice, the benefits compound. You don’t just elevate your own life—you add more value to your family, your friends, your clients, and your community. Here’s the secret sauce: when you become more, you give more. Think about your ideal client, for the first time you knock on their door and they open it seeing / meeting you for the very first time… what do they think when they open the door, who are they looking at and why would they want to do business with you? What can you become, to appear their before your ideal client as their ideal agent?

For the past 2 years I have been trying to read one biography a month, I like reading business biographies because I like to learn how one has achieved their success and I try to learn from it and apply their key principles. I am also driving a lot so instead of listening to music I listen to podcast specifically CRE related. i have really enjoyed the Fort Podcast by Chris Powers (industrial real estate syndicator) and The Commercial Real Estate Investor Podcast by Tyler Cauble (CRE broker)
Fear Isn’t Real - Unless You Allow It
Happy Monday! Let’s start this week with a reminder that could change the way you approach your business and your life. Fear is not reality. Fear is a story. It only becomes powerful when we allow it to control our thoughts and choke out our belief in what’s possible. And yet, how many times do we let fear whisper lies into our ear? “You might fail.” “You’re not ready.” “Remember what happened last time?” "You're not good enough." Here’s the truth: failure isn’t final unless you stop moving. If you keep striving, keep fighting, keep adjusting—you’re not failing. You’re learning. You’re growing. You’re building the kind of resilience that separates those who quit from those who break through. Your past? It doesn’t define you. Your struggles? They don’t decide your future. What matters is what you choose to believe about yourself today—and what actions you take in alignment with that belief. 🚀 Break Free From Self-Limiting Beliefs - Reframe Failure: See it as feedback. Every setback is data you can use to move forward stronger. - Guard Your Mind: Your thoughts create your reality. Don’t give negative self-talk the microphone. - Anchor to Your Why: When your purpose is clear, fear loses its grip. - Take Daily Action: Momentum kills fear. Even small steps compound into confidence. 🔥 Monday Challenge This week, I want you to write down one fear that’s been holding you back in your real estate journey—or in your life. Then rewrite it into a statement of truth and possibility. Example:“I’m afraid of making calls because I might be rejected.” → “Every call I make brings me closer to the right client who needs my help.” Fear is only as real as you allow it to be. Replace it with belief, endurance, and relentless action—and you’ll discover that nothing can stand between you and the goals you’ve set. ✨ The Realest Discipline is this: refuse to let fear dictate your life. Choose faith, choose discipline, and choose forward motion. Let’s make this week about courage, momentum, and breaking through to the next level.

Love this - I think you couldn't have said it any better especially for a new agent. Its very easy to doubt yourself and to be scared of rejection or sound stupid over the phone. And that's one fear I have is sounding unintelligent over the phone when talking to prospects due to lack of industry experience. But I need to remember its easy to ask others for help in the office and I need to remember that everyone starts somewhere and you won't become and expert in your field if you aren't making the uncomfortable calls and trying to reach out to experts. I need to learn to get comfortable with being uncomfortable.
