On a fresh account you may be asked to take a selfie or do a video verification, I’ve heard of people getting deactivated after this due to impersonation guidelines , what is the solution to this?

Should you be tagging your uploaded content as AI made in the Instagram uploading process? I assume yes for account health long term but I could be wrong I've seen people mention it's a conversion killer, but I'm just using one iphone 15 device and don't want to be buying multiple devices just yet for the sake of this. So making multiple accounts would probably just end up the worse option for me as I already have like 5 profiles on this device.
