currently on our roadtrip & saw this sushi place in santa cruz, CA i thought “that looks cute, and i love sushi!” then i saw they also serve coffee and boba… suddenly i was suspicious 👀 and trusted the sushi WAY LESS INTERESTING! i thought about why… well imagine if i ask u out to sushi for dinner… then imagine i tell u it’s a spot that serves sushi, burgers, thai food, and Crepes!!! wouldn’t u be suspicious? the best sushi joints serve sushi the best burger joints serve burgers the best crepe places serve crepes trying to throw it all together hurts trust in ur product but this is how many of u are trying to market ur coaching practices trying to do it all trying to be everything to everyone and now… we’re suspicious & don’t trust the service bc u aren’t positioning urself as an expert in the one thing… sushi experts focus on sushi burger experts focus on burgers etc when i helped @Julija Lemenaite find her thing, she went from 0 to 5 clients within ONE WEEK of implementing the new offer and messaging we came up with. She has since gone part time, hired team members, and is a vendor for huge conferences for her ideal clients (EDM producers) when i did this with @Shannon Sullivan , she started a local community meetup group bringing people together around her thing (running!) and now has several paid clients when i helped @Roxy Fink with this, she exploded her practice in 6 months and has officially quit her nursing job and went full time in her biz when i helped @Sydney Rinderknecht find her thing, she almost immediately signed her first few paying clients into a new group program she created i could go on and on… point is… if you aren’t selling ur packages look at the packaging of the service are u trying to serve sushi, burgers, thai food, and crepes? or are u clear in the thing that is UR thing? drop in the comments👇

Y'all I did a breathwork presentation for a volunteer thing at work and it went great!! I published the podcast episode! And then I was sitting here crying bc a lady that I was trying to help in my day job as an RN care manager screamed at me and hung up the phone. My body was like "nah man we gonna freeze" and my energy has been zapped to super low. So like I heard Micah say in the sandbox, just make a post to see if you even like coaching. For me, it's group coaching. When I was in my cert program, I couldn't stand doing group coaching bc I didn't know what to do with more than one person. Now after watching a lot of free/paid workshops, I wanna try it out. So I threw up a post in a few Facebook groups. I was real and raw and so tired of the shit from today -- and people actually responded!!! 😮 what??

Hi everyone! I’ve been a nurse for just about 10 years working in so many different fields, until recently I decided to pursue nurse coaching! Literally a month ago, just decided to open my own business and start a social media 😬I help moms notice overwhelm sooner, create space in the moment, and repair without guilt—so they can feel more calm and connected in everyday life. that said I also just started and am working on getting some founding members to refine my content and message. I have 3 daughters ages 7,4, and 1. We live on 40 dreamy acres, have 2 dogs, a handful of chickens and living out our best farm life ❤️
