Hello from Oz.
I’m from Melbourne Australia and first met Steven only yesterday at an online mens group, we explored a range of topics and there was something about him that made me stalk him and now I find myself in group 🤣. Although there is slightly different terminology used in this group, I believe I have a good understanding of the overall goals here and looking forward to be part of the ride The biggest change in my life was becoming a single father of a 6 month and 1.5 year old approx 4 years ago, things have been fairly interesting since then. My interests are fathering, socialising, deep discussions, gym (when I go 😅), intuitive development and readings, cooking, tinkering, outdoors, sailing and more... hope to catch up with all of you eventually on a 1:1 or group chat.

@Emma Fábryová Melbourne’s a great place to live. In some parts the landscape is constantly changing, the CBD especially. it never gets boring.

Daily Debug: 1/2-1 hour This will be six days a week on a scheduled time for my personal debugging. I am making it available on a Live Call for anyone to join. I'll start with a minute or two with a rundown of the session and then begin. If anyone has any questions, feel free to ask before the start. Two methods I recommend: 1. The Past -- think of the events that happened today and see if you could've done something better. Did you notice any emotional reactions that could've been regulated? Was it an event, word, or did you just drop your sandwich? What will you do, and how, if a similar situation were to occur? 2: The Future -- think of what you're about to do and how you'll make those choices. Remember, this is just for getting a scope of what you'll be doing; situations change, so the process may change, but the result will likely be the same. Monthly Cache Clearing: 1 1/2 hours (Coming soon)

Thanks Steven, this sounds like a good idea.
System Crash?
Why do things get to us? To our very cores? The answer is simple---it's ourselves. The method to attaining Sovereignty? This is VERY "simple" as well. Keep note that I said "simple," I did NOT say easy. Though there are layers to what's "easy," without properly waking yourself or being guided there, this could turn into an impossible task. Even with guidance, your emotional barriers could be a near-impossible hurdle. The noise that we're exposed to on a daily basis, requires a certain level of debugging. If you don't do this, you'll be prone to the more chaotic of outcomes. That is why this community exists, to help those process chaos in the most efficient of ways you allow yourself to. I'm Steven, and I'm a Resilience Coach here to guide those who seek guidance. Here is my typology of states of being. The Unaware (v0.0): The initial state where most people exist, characterized by reacting to life without specific intention. Those in this state follow communal systems and inherited goals rather than an individual purpose. This lack of vision results in the "Crime of Passing the Time," where finite life resources are wasted through inconsistency and emotional volatility. The Seeker (v1.0): This state is achieved when an individual enacts the "Subconscious Decision to Notice" (SDN) and begins to recognize the underlying patterns of their life. Seekers actively hunt for a personal formula to resolve their chaos, learning to harness emotions as raw data (fuel) rather than being mastered by them. The Steady (v2.0): A state of disciplined consistency where the individual has mastered the "PMEPL Cycle". Decisions in this state are intentional, predictable, and aligned with the "Law of Balance". The Steady individual utilizes "Least Damaging Sacrifices" (LDS) to maintain control over their internal environment regardless of external chaos. The Guide (v3.0): This state of mastery is defined by achieving "Sovereignty"—absolute, non-emotional certainty in one's actions. The Guide operates beyond emotional cost, utilizing "Prevision" to execute "Highest Value Actions" (HVA). At this stage, you no longer just follow the formula; you model it for others by your presence and actions.

I think i’ve floated in between all the different states of being. Currently I’m a seeker after going through something I haven’t experienced before. It feels like there is a leech on me i just cant rid of.

Level 4/Premium lock. It's the decision-making cycle we go through; some just haven't noticed some key elements. This course was created to make people more aware. I will be adding a video presentation to that course soon. So be on the lookout if you need help regarding that.

Your calm rock in the room. Intuitive deep listening: talk to me — I’ll hold space, stay silent or reflect, so you can vent, cry, and feel understood.
