Why do things get to us? To our very cores?
The answer is simple---it's ourselves.
The method to attaining Sovereignty? This is VERY "simple" as well. Keep note that I said "simple," I did NOT say easy.
Though there are layers to what's "easy," without properly waking yourself or being guided there, this could turn into an impossible task. Even with guidance, your emotional barriers could be a near-impossible hurdle.
The noise that we're exposed to on a daily basis, requires a certain level of debugging. If you don't do this, you'll be prone to the more chaotic of outcomes.
That is why this community exists, to help those process chaos in the most efficient of ways you allow yourself to.
I'm Steven, and I'm a Resilience Coach here to guide those who seek guidance.
Here is my typology of states of being.
The Unaware (v0.0): The initial state where most people exist, characterized by reacting to life without specific intention. Those in this state follow communal systems and inherited goals rather than an individual purpose. This lack of vision results in the "Crime of Passing the Time," where finite life resources are wasted through inconsistency and emotional volatility.
The Seeker (v1.0): This state is achieved when an individual enacts the "Subconscious Decision to Notice" (SDN) and begins to recognize the underlying patterns of their life. Seekers actively hunt for a personal formula to resolve their chaos, learning to harness emotions as raw data (fuel) rather than being mastered by them.
The Steady (v2.0): A state of disciplined consistency where the individual has mastered the "PMEPL Cycle". Decisions in this state are intentional, predictable, and aligned with the "Law of Balance". The Steady individual utilizes "Least Damaging Sacrifices" (LDS) to maintain control over their internal environment regardless of external chaos.
The Guide (v3.0): This state of mastery is defined by achieving "Sovereignty"—absolute, non-emotional certainty in one's actions. The Guide operates beyond emotional cost, utilizing "Prevision" to execute "Highest Value Actions" (HVA). At this stage, you no longer just follow the formula; you model it for others by your presence and actions.
Where do you stand?
