Up and Coming Free Gifts!
Hi Guys! I thought I would weigh in here and let you know that I have created a Youtube vide about emergency phrases and numbers to call in case of an emergency. I made it super simple and there is an accompanying PDF that you can download and make your own personal health card with detailed information you can hand your doctor if you ever need medical care here in Italy.. The PDF will be available very soon and the video will also be uploaded here. In addition Pete has created a map of all the locations that were used to film Gladiator in Tuscany. If you are a Gladiator fan you will love this! Go to the classroom section and take a look!

Thank you Chris. That‘s a great idea. Having something in an emergency when Italian language phrases may elude you or when you may be in an area far from a major city where English isn’t readily spoken could be frightening. So this is essential to have at the ready for any traveler.
Most Beautiful Italian Leather Handbags in Florence!
Hi Guys, We are heading back to Florence next week and whenever we go I think about Walter Moretti and his family. He taught me all about real Italian leather handbags and we have bene great friends ever since. When you go visit him, let him know you are friends of ours. He loves our guys and says it makes his day when you arrive. Here is the first video I did featuring him and his shop. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gyb83UdBPi0

I remember that video. It was great. It was like sitting around with friends learning about something they specialize in.
Learning Italian - Good Working Knowledge?
You have captured my full attention Chris — with your understanding, command and fluency with the Italian language. It would be nice to know when, during COVID? Or perhaps way back high school? Or somewhere in between? As Americans, many of us struggle with understanding our own language, which is probably why a large percent of us will generally just stick to one language. I am itching to get started, and would also love to get your take on the do’s and donTy’s, not to be at your level, but just good working knowledge, so the locals don’t stereotype me as….. I may not know (yet) much about Italian, more like nothing, but what I did learn 40 or so years ago, through the help of a couple tutors who could help me understand English Grammer, let alone French Grammer, I kind of found my way, and now I am ready to try my like at Italian. You probably have some good thoughts and insights about the regular verbs, irregular verbs, key ones of course, assuming Italian is not very different from the other Romance languages. One thing is for sure, if you ever get tired of Italy, you could run the Italian language department over at UC Davis, and on the side, help Americans just like me, who have (or had) no idea what a direct or indirect object is, or for that matter, what an object pronoun or subject pronoun is. One step at a time, I am looking forward to learning the Italian basics.

Unfortunately I missed the Zoom Q and A but I’m interested in honing my Italian language skills.
A New Tool for Evaluating Italian Property Prices!
Hi Guys! Up to now the hardest thing to figure out in purchasing an Italian property was what is the property actually worth? Well, the particular pain point has been resolved! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QeyIkk_pvXI&t=39s

Hi Chris. Will the app be released on the Skool platform first or globally on YouTube?

Hi Chris, I'm interested in learning more about the rental options in Florence you spoke about in your recent video. Thank you.

Hi Chris. Also, I purchased your PDF course for finding the perfect property in Italy in 2020. I'm curious if any of your newer offerings are the same as the one I purchased or are some updated or completely different. Thanks.

I've long had an affinity for all things Italian, including but not limited to: art, architecture, cuisine, design, gardening, language, and music.
