P21 for cognitive benefits
@Curtis Gillespie Sayers i am always looking at neurological type peptides/ molecules in the area of autism and behavioral disorders. I find most neurotrophic peptides and small molecules like dihexa are actually not autism friendly (too stimulating, Bdnf does NOT need to be pushed, synapses are already forming at a rapid rate… and so on) However P21 seems to be acting like cerebrolysin’s nicer cousin 😂. It’s gentle and so very helpful for cognitive benefits in tired moms like myself. But also add kids and teens especially. I’m wondering how you would compare this to something like J147?
Peripheral neuropathy
One of my best friends from childhood is dealing with peripheral neuropathy, and I’m trying to learn more about things that might support nerve repair or reduce nerve pain. Right now the two compounds I’ve been reading about are ARA-290 and the KLOW blend (BPC-157, GHK-Cu, TB-500, KPV) because of their potential roles in nerve regeneration, inflammation reduction, and tissue repair in research models. For people who have looked into this area before — are there any other compounds or approaches worth researching for neuropathy or nerve healing? I’m especially interested in anything related to: • nerve regeneration • reducing neuro-inflammation • improving nerve signaling or repair Really appreciate any insight. Just trying to help a close friend explore options.

@Curtis Gillespie Sayers curious on your thoughts about this but I have anecdotally seen Tadalafil and VIP at 100mcg both help neuropathy. The Tadalafil is more of a band aid probably forcing some blood flow but the VIP was more intriguing and results have been lasting after a 10 days course

@Curtis Gillespie Sayers super cool love this approach. I get headaches easily from Tadal so I’m a poor responder as well. Vesugen is a great idea 💡 thanks
