I didn't know what I wanted to eat the other day. Sour kraut sounded good 🤷‍♀️ I had chicken. But does chicken even go with sour kraut?? I've never had the 2 together. Well a quick Google search showed me YES THEY CAN! I was actually pretty surprised and I enjoyed! I have a heavy hand when it comes to crushed red peppers and anything spicy so it had a bite to it but definitely will make again. What what’s going on with potential surgery well not just potential but absolute guarantee. I’m gonna have surgery and my lack of ability to get upper body movement in plus so many other things. I’m really trying hard to be more intentional with meal prep and planning so yeah I am not just eating beef and rice. I’m actually going to add different things to it and tonight I’m adding cheese and avocado.
