Meal prep
People think this has to be super intricate. For me, I keep it very basic. Chicken and rice or beef and rice, then choose different add ons when it’s time to eat, usually avocado or cheese. I got 4 meals out of this, including my dinner tonight. This just really helps me stay on track!!
