Happy Monday Lovely Ladies!
I hope everyone had a positive weekend - with wobbly bits too maybe... So, what's coming this week? Tomorrow we have part 2 of our self-sabotage session (premium members). Come with your questions answered to what we started last week. The questions have been posted in our recording from last week in case you wish to take another look). On Wednesday, I am on Insight Timer doing a Q&A session on Work and Careers. If you have a question you'd like me to address, please share💥. On Friday we have the weekly wrap-up at 5pm - looking at words starting with X - you can expect to be surprised... And on the topic of InsigtTimer, we are almost at the end of the alphabet for my Friday sessions. Should I start over from A moving forward, or change the Friday sessions in any way? I'd love any ideas you may have. And what is everyone else up to this week? I'd love to hear! Let's make it a great last week of March (can you believe it!?!) Also, I am planning to add a couple of more 'ad-hoc' sessions on IT and would love your thoughts. Which would you most value:

You already know how much I love alphabet Fridays and so I vote start again from A. I’ve done a couple of journalling sessions in IT and really enjoyed them, there aren’t enough on there (for my liking anyway 🧑‍🎨) and so I’d love you to do one. I’m going for coffee with two new people this week, girls I’ve met through local art and wildlife events. I’m really excited because it’s been a difficult few years and suddenly life feels like it’s opening up again, making connections is a really big part of this. Wishing everyone a lovely week 🌺

Ps no jelly consumed as yet 😁 But I always carry my words through the entire week and so there’s still time.
Morning beautiful beings! ❤️
A big sunny hello to everyone after what can only be described as a challenging, ‘impactful’ week for me and a few of you! The topic of asking for help is a big one and many of us struggle so, in addition to keep adding pictures of love to our ‘month of love’ post (we have less than a week left-let’s fill her up!)… I thought HERE, we could get practicing on asking for help so that we gently teach ourselves it’s safe and actually wonderful to do, for both parties involved! Let’s get creative! Perhaps go OUT of your way to ask for help even if you don’t need it… help in the supermarket reading a label, opening a door, help at the petrol station, even texting a friend “I could do with some help. Might you have 30 minutes available sometime this week… Bonus points if you post a pic of the person who you invited to help you! But sharing the scenario here would also be amazing! Let’s see in one week what we can learn…and teach others who may struggle in this area too ❤️❤️❤️. When we embody happiness, fun, courage, love…many will follow 🚀. Have fun everyone!

@Jayne Rose oh Jayne, my heart aches for you, I know how devastating this feels. I hope you can at least console yourself knowing that you helped Honey to pass peacefully when the time was right. It is an incredibly difficult decision to make but when made with love and putting your dog first, it is always the right one. You will be in my thoughts all day, sending you love and hopes for a gentle day 💕 I’m not able to be online much today but I will drop you a message later and check in.

I had an asking for help day 💪🏼 Now I have some bits fixed on my car, got some heavy stuff taken to the tip AND I’ve learned some, very basic, circular saw skills. I’m always trying to press flowers in the back of my phone case/diary/back pocket when I’m out and about and so now have some prototype mini pocket flower presses to take out instead. Not massive asks but I do find it very tricky so I’m pleased with myself.
Insight Timer in 15mins!
Grab a cup of something and join me ☀️.

@Francesca Proudman I loved that weeble wobble made onto the list! I was going to try a very gentle fast walk/jog all in the name of the wobble but have decided that eating jelly will be wayyyyyyy more fun 😁
Good morning 💛
Firstly, I just wanted to say I’m really sorry for being so quiet and a bit absent lately. I’ve been taking some time for myself after losing my beautiful Honey. It’s been a lot to process, and honestly, I’ve just been taking things very slowly and gently. I’ve been feeling really down and quite heartbroken, if I’m honest. She meant so much to me, and the space she’s left behind feels huge. At the same time, I keep trying to hold onto how grateful I am that I got to have her in my life at all. She gave me so much love, and I know how lucky I was to have that. I haven’t really felt up to writing or thinking too much about anything lately—my head’s just been a bit all over the place. I hope that makes sense. I’ve also been wondering how other people get through losing a pet like this. Do you have any ways of coping that helped you? Any little rituals or things you did to remember them or make it easier? I’d really appreciate hearing anything that helped, even small things. Thank you all for understanding and for being patient with me 🤍

Absolutely nothing to apologise for, the first few weeks of loss are a real rollercoaster, one that I don’t think we ever truly get off, it just seems to plateau with time. If I’m completely honest, the thing that helped me the most was getting my current dog because up until that point every walk and all my routines had a big Ted-sized hole in them. Brock made the house a home again. However, that was a few months down the line and I know you already have your hands full(!) with the rest of your furry family. It’s still such early days and an incredibly sad thing has happened so I’m not surprised you still feel deep in your grief. When my Dad died, and after losing Ted, I remember starting to notice that it didn’t all feel so intense or hurt so much and that was simply down to time, just allowing myself to slowly move through all the feelings. Big hug.

Good morning Dear Ladies I want to share with you all something unexpectedly amazing that happened after I grabbed a few sprigs of rosemary from the bush just outside the supermarket—you know the kind that grows a bit wild and feels like it’s there for anyone who notices it—and brought them home to dry out in the oven because I was putting together a roast spice for a chicken. I wasn’t expecting it to be such a moment, honestly, but as the rosemary started to warm, the smell just filled the house. It was this incredible, cozy, herby scent—kind of piney, kind of earthy—and it made everything feel calmer and warmer at the same time. I actually wished you were there to smell it with me, because it felt too good not to share. By the time I took it out, the whole place smelled amazing, and it made the simple act of making a roast spice feel a bit special. Close you eyes and imagine the smell? I might put some in olive oil and put it in a burner next time.

Gorgeous. This reminds me of the simmer pots I get mildly obsessed with making during winter. I like those charcoal discs for burning things on too, pine sap is heavenly. I find scents and fragrance evoke such big feelings and memories, they can be a real mood booster. Also, a roast is always a top tier meal 😋
