Happy Monday everyone!
Are you looking forward to an interesting week? A few highlights from here: Tomorrow, our Premium members will be meeting at 5.30pm for our monthly Mastermind session 🚀. Wednesday 4pm BST, IT Q&A for this month is all about health and Wellbeing (and there’s a nervous system question coming up if anyone is interested 😊. I’m very busy studying, learning and creating for a new course on “Living in Flow - how to remove blocks and set yourself free” - should be out soon which will be lovely. Oh and our monthly coffee meeting is scheduled for 6 May at 9am BST - I hope this will work!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Another excellent session today with many insights. Thank you so much, Francesca, for hosting these amazing group coaching sessions - and to anyone thinking about joining the Premium Group, I would like to say that I just can't recommend it highly enough.

@Francesca Proudman I think you will be enjoying the burlesque sooner than the book !!! Haha!!
The Y-word...
Dear all, the weekly IT meetings with dear @Francesca Proudman on words to ponder about and with her oracle cards are a lot of fun & joy, as well a lot to be on the "tip of your toes" what your thinking and acting is coming from and doing to you and all the world. Those of you having been there, like you dear @Jayne Rose and dear @Leah Lawson , think probably along these lines?! Sounds as a simple game on words... words starting with all the letters of the alphabet... one by one... at least that was it for the last couple of months... I could not attend all, those I could catch were just brilliantly nice. Last week it was the Z... the week before, you might guess it ;), the Y. And the Y caught me last week. One word with Y chosen by Francesca was: YES. I had to say a lot of YESses last week... i.e. suddenly, at midnight last Monday, my colleague asked me to substitute for one of our friends... sudden health problem with emergency call to the clinic... thanks goodness, he is fine... I was asked to being ready the very next day to jump into two courses training of in toto four days, which meant arranging everything, from materials for the trainees, hotel, packing, who is looking after my dog in case my partner would be on business calls, too and so on. And I did it which such a calm mind... I was surprised myself. All worked out so well. We in Germany have a saying "wie geschnitten Brot"... literally "like sliced bread", metaphorically... "easy like Sunday morning" ;). I had said "yes"... So this word applied to a task, a challenge, a situation of which kind (inner or outer world), works like a charm. It is not the YES of being always the nice one, picking up the pieces behind others, not the people pleasing YES (I was / still am one of those "good girls", so believe me, I feel the difference!)... it is the YES to life and even to the power-of-no, because that is life, too.
The Y-word...

Oh @Ulli Schaub That's brilliant.
Some brain-picking... if I may ;)
EXCUSE THE CROSS-POSTING TO @Jayne Rose 's great community... I was finishing an answer on the other site and posted this one here in her community... which I think is not wrong either, retrospectively... I just do not know the members there so well, so I had thought about this platform space here originally... either way... I hope this works out, thank you so much... ----------------------------------------- Dear all, having our best lives is one thing and @Francesca Proudman 's mission! Providing a better life for hopefully everyone would be probably a mutual goal for all of us. Currently I am thinking of topics which would be a must-have, a nice-to-have, a "perceived luxury" to know about for the general public, not only like giving information on a specific topic to experts, but to just everyone who cares about themselves (and maybe others, like family, people they take care of etc.) With a bit of luck I could present some themes and content to a wider audience in a mid-sized town nearby. I did this on health-related topics quite a few times... now this should be widened in the portfolio. It is charity work, free for the attendants, especially then, I would like to serve the audience best. Is something on your mind you would be happy to be informed by your community, city hall or whoever might organize something like that? Or is there an expereince you have already made? A good one, one which does not need to be repeated? I would love to hear what you think about that and if you have something you could share that would be excellent... Thank you so much, with much love

@Ulli Schaub oh I must look again at those. I saw a couple already and they were great. Right now I am, to be honest, struggling with just so much in terms of incoming emails, articles, posts in various places etc. I get distracted very easily right now so end up completely down a rabbit hole so much. I am spending more time trying to cancel emails than I am reading them - or actually anything tbh.
Spring is in the air!
Hi ladies! Happy Saturday! I thought it’d be nice to share images of spring in our local countries (or autumnnin some parts of the world). I find it so exciting when the seasons turn. So, I’ll start us off in East Sussex UK. You can see the church I go to every Christmas in the background and look at that blossom tree. These 3 pics give you an idea of my neighbourhood!!! I’d love to see the world where you are at the minute… US, Canada, UK, Australia, Indonesia, Germany, Italy… Post your favourite view ☀️💕🚀…
