PETS ARE CELEBRATED HERE 🐾
For all animal lovers in the group, we now have a designated area to post pictures, stories and more! Here's my future pooch. P.S. Horses are considered a pet @Raichelle Jordan and anyone else with a horse!...

Was messing around with my glasses the other day and the one with Harley is just so funny with Harry seemingly laughing his head off in the background!!! They do fill our lives with fun and games! Lilly seems to so enjoy having the glasses on it made me wonder if she's short sighted! Haha!
The sun is making a tiny appearance…
Sometimes, when lots of thoughts and ideas take hold in my head…I return to nature for guidance. This morning, I was discussing with a business advisor what I think is going to be a very powerful teaching to help people reconnect to deep freedom. As I was talking, I could hear how confused it all sounded-I was quite the Mad Hatter 🎩. 1 hour later, I’m in one of our local hotels and am gently reminded to slow down. As the sun breaks through the clouds, I’m reminded that all the mental chatter is just puffy clouds. The truth is right there ready to shine through just like the sun and truth will always BE… I sometimes feel humbled in these moments - the joy of nature, the sadness of lost loved-ones, the laughter at my own chattering mind…and a child giggling… I hope everyone has a beautiful day today. And if not the whole day, then maybe a moment where you see and feel the truth within.

Wonder Women Teatime next week falls on an auspicious day!
Just ‘by chance’, our teatime meet-up next week falls on the Chinese New Year and an eclipse! 🚀 All sorts of magical vibes will be going on… in particular, we’ll be saying goodbye to what we no longer need in our lives (The Shedding Snake?) and welcoming in 🥁The Fire-Horse. So, I thought it might be nice for us to share intentions of what we will be happy to shed and leave behind and what actions we wish to embrace moving into the new year! Either here, or when we see each other for tea (amongst other chat/demos etc) - all in preparation for the transition! Lots of people are excited about these astral movements. Are you? @Paula Trafford kindly shared a link for anyone who would like to know a bit more ❤️. Thanks Paula! Exciting times…https://youtu.be/C2xXQh7TUjM?si=0AfFSEsIfuskABbz

Thanks so much for sharing that video, Francesca. I have heard so much about Pam Gregory but never gotten around to listening to her. It was very synchronistic because just this morning I started listening to Joe Dispenza's latest audiobook called 'New You, New Life'. He talks about changing your unconscious thoughts and I have been thinking a lot this morning about what I want to let go of (being overly judgemental and critical of others, to name just one) and what I want to bring into my life (more meditation and positive visualization/manifestation - and thanks to you for saying yesterday how now is the time I should embrace meditation and not move away due to the situation with my dog. So thank you!). Really looking forward to the Tea Time and chatting and hearing what others are letting go of and bringing in.
Getting into the new week...
with picking up on our "golden thread" about having some little extra sessions to share our respective knowledge treasures... Addressing those of us who have had the chance to follow the invite of @Francesca Proudman and all of us as we are here in this beautiful community. So I hope to get your feed back, dear Francesca, dear @Jayne Rose , dear @Leah Lawson , dear @Raichelle Jordan and dear, dear all! We have so far talked about making us happy & smart in opening the treasure chests: Bach-flowers (Jayne) Poetry (Leah) EFT - Tapping to calm the nervous system (Ulli) but there is in my eyes much more to share amongst us: horses and their impact on our well-being (Raichelle, if I may call you out here and ask if you would be so kind?) Tibetan medicine (Ulli) and... and... and... I am so curious, what your ideas will be? And with which (of those or another) topic we could get started... Have a wonderful Monday!😍❤️

Maybe I could - just yet though- do something on. Bach Flowers as previously mentioned, and also a session on manifesting

@Ulli Schaub I can't dedicate time to doing anything just yet. maybe in 4/6 weeks
Magical Monday is here 🍀❤️💃!
Now, I don't know about all of you, but this weekend was not quite as I expected. I don't know if it was because I was over-tired (my session on love took a lot out of me 😂) or the alignment of the stars...but somehow I didn't feel as light as I'd expected. Everything seemed somehow covered in a heavy blanket. But TODAY...is different... Why? Because as I continued designing some brand stickers last night (such fun), I decided to actually read what I was creating. The sticker right in front of me said: "Think Happy - and the rest will look after itself." And it made me think...(no pun intended). And become more conscious. Today, I am feeling sooooooo much better - as if by magic...abracadabra! Sometimes the answers we need in life are so close, its funny 😂😂😂. Thoughts lead to emotions, so if you do find yourself in a sticky spot this week, just take a moment to observe. And if you are being a happy, bumbling being, enjoying each moment with gratitude, why not share the thoughts in your head with somebody else if you can - it may be just what they need to hear to shift their emotional state. If we are going to be led by the mind, it may as well do us proud ⭐️. When has the answer to a problem in your life been right there, under YOUR nose? ❤️

I did loads of food prep on Sunday. I think I peeled and cooked 3kg of carrots and 2kg of carrots. I usually cook them up with peas too as they make great base for my chicken and veg curry. I Then put in plastic boxes and freeze. Most of the weekend was spent doing a puzzle and listening to an audiobok series or playing chess whilst watching Netflix (I know - I can't do just one thing at once)! Having prepped everything and made a great curry with konjac rice, when I woke this morning and decided to take the the boys out for tea in the bar, I then decided why not stay out for lunch! Haha! So we did!
