✅Day 31 I’m keeping my word to myself by ordering bands from Amazon for travel. In case the gym in the hotel is a no-go. I have my body weight routines to anchor my identity but no “pull” movements. All push. But it was till better than nothing.
✅ Day 32- My micro win today was packing and dating my index cards for travel, and it still counted! 💪🏽 Taking my anchors and identity with me wherever I go!
✅ Day 21- The loop I have been choosing to lead is SELF-DOUBT, triggered when something feels “off”—like feeling full, eating later than planned, or deviating from my routine/plans. This causes hesitation, second-guessing, or disengagement.
✅ Day 22 My nervous system cue is tightness between my shoulder blades, shallow breathing, and my regulation tool is Shoulders back, Box Breath ✅ Day 23 Today I caught my invisible loop when I tried to start my CE classes instead of sitting down to journal. Busyness does not prove I am worthy. Me just being present to pause and be curious says I am worthy. ✅ Day 24 My health character is named Lexa Steele. She's combination of Amy & Chalene Johnson. She keeps her promises. She doesnt need proof of progress in the mirror or the scale. Her proof is in the follow-through. She shows up, not because she has to — But because she gets to. Lexa keeps her word.
