Who’s your CEO?
Who here has a nervous system? 🙋‍♀️ (Yes… that’s all of us.) heehee But here’s the part most business owners, community owners, coaches, helping professionals etc etc. don’t think about… Your nervous system is actually your CEO (spoiler alert!) So you can have: – the best strategy – the most consistent plan – a great offer – even a solid business coach …but if your nervous system isn’t on board? You’ll hesitate. Overthink. Procrastinate. Second guess yourself. Or push so hard you burn out. That’s not a strategy problem. That’s a capacity problem! Your nervous system is running the show behind the scenes… deciding what feels safe enough to move toward and what feels like too much. It flavours everything you do! I’m really excited to be speaking at this summit and diving into this more! Because when your nervous system is supported, everything else starts to land differently. And full transparency… I’m doing this work alongside with you. Trying to expand and grow and feel safe enough to do so! It’s a journey - not a destination. Who’s going to be watching? (Put your fave emoji in the comments!!) 💕 Ill be curious to see what lands most for you when you watch/ listen 👀 Grateful to be here among amazing humans 💕💕

@Kim Kiel thank you! Makes sense!
🚫 Memberships ✅ Community
Watch this 5 mins. video as I explain the difference between a membership and a community. One is not better than the other...but... If your Skool community isn't growing, engaging and/or converting, it could be because you built a membership and not a community. 📊 Let me know... and post your a-ha's questions in the comments 👇

Such a great analogy!
My Me post
I run a couple of Skool communities… a paid one ($7/month or $59/year) called Midlife Nervous System Rewire and a free one pop up one I’m using right now to host a live Midlife Recalibration Week (March 23-27,30). I feel like I’m in that in-between stage where the content is good and people do engage (albeit often the same people!) but growth isn’t as fast as I’d like 🤷🏼‍♀️ but I’m in it for the long game… Here’s where I’m actually stuck… People join. And they stay. I have a challenge that gets people started, and engagement is decent. But it’s often the same type of people who really lean in… those who’ve already done deeper work with me (higher ticket) or who really value the work and have been with me a while. And then there’s the other side…people who seem to want a lot for free or very low cost, where even $7/month feels like a stretch. I feel the tension in that. Because I do want this work to be accessible. I want to offer low ticket so people get a sampling and have some support. But I also see that the people who invest more tend to engage more and transform more. My high ticket people literally rave and say it’s the best investment they’ve ever made, absolutely life changing etc. (And it’s not that some low ticket people are not very committed, I do realize there are many other factors that impact people’s level of involvement including capacity, nervous system response, neurodiversity, personal circumstances… so it’s not just the investment, but I’ve seen it enough that it’s hard to ignore!)! So I’m trying to find that middle ground, how to provide accessible support, while also ensuring people are invested enough in themselves? Would love to hear your thoughts!
Do you monitor your Skool Engagement & Activity Stats?
Yesterday, I had an aha moment looking at my engagement stats. The grid shows you by day activity and if you click on box you see the date and activities. I have a topic per day unless something special I do 2-3 posts. So I can now go back to see where I need to continue focus and maybe consider dropping a category if it’s getting no interest right now. My Daily Posting Categories: Mon - aromatherapy & wellness Tues - health & home hub Wed - community Thurs - Memory & Moments (photo solutions) seems low right now Fri - Financial Empowerment (Acctg & Tax) Sat - weekend fun Sun - trying day off when possible My community helps to handle stress and focus on an amazing life. Jumping in on a category that they need at that moment. Do you monitor your Skool engagement activity and pivot? I’m going to watch closely the days with low activity to determine if it was the category or content to try a different approach. As members, we help this community attract talented individuals to join and share their experiences with us.

I try to have at least one post a day - certain things on certain days. Engagement is stronger on some posts than others. Posts I find that do well are the ones where the response is short, BUT some of the most valuable posts are ones with fewer responses perhaps, but more in depth. I like a mix 😀
