1. Letting go…Giving Forward 🔆
Yesterday, I had the opportunity to gift a couple pairs of used running shoes to clients in early recovery! Sometimes…the simplest forms of giving can produce the biggest catalysts for growth! This weeks challenge…go through your closet or home. Find items that no loner serve you. 🌸 A piece of clothing that you don’t wear…doesn’t fit…or you’ve been hanging on to fo wayyy too long. 🌸 Shoes that are not comfortable or you don’t wear regularly (or maybe you have 3 sets of) 🌸 Decor that has served a purpose but now is adding clutter to your space Sometimes the things we hold onto are more than just “stuff.” They carry memories, emotions, even a sense of safety. But when we choose to release them with love, something powerful happens. Cleaning out a space isn’t just about decluttering—it’s about creating room for new energy. And when we take those items and gift them to someone less fortunate, they become more than objects. They become a symbol of intentional release, of generosity, and of hope. Every time we give with an open heart, we not only lighten our own load but also brighten someone else’s path. 🌿 Experienced the joy of releasing with intention! Journal about this experience and the emotions you experience. This is a powerful exercise! I still have a trunk full of Brads shirts…but maybe, I’ll gift one today! Share what you have released with others and how it made you feel… 🦋

Giving sparks joy & peace in us. Physically it gives us an increase in endorphins that help us to feel “ happy & energized” I also believe God says, be a cheerful giver, it’s better to give than receive, if you have extra give to those in need. Giving brings satisfaction. I don’t mean pridefully, I mean a deep contentment inside the soul. Love this message 💖
Please introduce yourself!
I know it late;) id reall like us to support each other. My day started sh*ty, but ended well. That’s how it goes sometimes!

Hi, my grief journey started when I was young. Hard losses early & often. My grief journey continues after 60+ years. But, each one I’ve learned to find grace in the journey and look for a way to help others walk through it. Most recently the loss of our son n love through suicide. I lost my dad when I was 25, I’m now walking beside my grandkids who have lost their father! My husband attempted and did not succeed suicide but, I can comfort our daughter understanding the helplessness. And many other things. I know I will learn and grow from other’s shared experiences. Thankful for this group.
