Accountability
So, I am going to post here some accountability. I have not gone live for 3 days. My goal is daily. I have met my goal for videos and staying on track with the sprint. I have not been in my own community for two days. I am looking forward and not back. My non-negotiable this week starting today is going Live daily, daily videos, working on outreach for my community, the daily sprint, my I wills and legacy. First to taking care of myself.

Retirement for me means: 1️⃣No more working weekends 2️⃣traveling to dive 3️⃣financial freedom.
Reflection Sunday
I work Sat and Sun in a long term care unit with dementia, hospice, mental and substance abuse and some all the aforementioned. I come to love my residents that are challenged and I grieve when they pass. I am facing one of my favorite resident’s who is transitioning and may pass either before I enter work or during my work tomorrow. But certainly will not be there next weekend. This res is mid 90s and lived rough during most of their golden years. Today let us reflect on abundance and gratefulness midst the loses faced daily. So, as Anjelah Johnson-Reyes always states give your maditude and a gratitude. The above lead in is my maditude. In the comments you will find my gratitude.

My gratitude is this: this community, DGC, DG Builders and Promised Land are my jam and happy places to be. Placed I can be authentically me. The real me. I do not have to hide behind a mask.
Sunday Reset
🌟 Sunday Reset: Your Golden Years, Your Way 🌟 Sunday isn’t just the end of the week—it’s your chance to breathe, reset, and step into a new chapter with intention. 💛 Reflect – What went well last week? Celebrate even the smallest wins. ☕ Release – Let go of any guilt, overwhelm, or unfinished to-dos. You’re not behind—you’re learning. 📋 Re-align – Write down 3 simple priorities that will bring you peace and progress this week. 🌞 Renew – Make space for something joyful today: a walk in the sun, a call to a loved one, or a quiet moment with coffee. Remember: thriving in your Golden Years isn’t about hustling harder—it’s about choosing what matters most, even if it only takes a 2-hour workday to move your dreams forward. ✨ Your turn: Share one thing you’re grateful for or one intention you’re setting for the week ahead. Let’s inspire each other! ✨

What went well this week is I am structuring my 2-hour work day and that helped me get to bed in a timely manner as I work my 2 days this week. My realignment: 3 priorities that will bring me peace: 1) making sure I set aside time for devotion with God. 2) making sure I continue to get up early for myself and my business. 3) making sure I spend quality time with my family. One thing I am grateful for is finding DGC and building this community.
