I work Sat and Sun in a long term care unit with dementia, hospice, mental and substance abuse and some all the aforementioned. I come to love my residents that are challenged and I grieve when they pass. I am facing one of my favorite resident’s who is transitioning and may pass either before I enter work or during my work tomorrow. But certainly will not be there next weekend. This res is mid 90s and lived rough during most of their golden years. Today let us reflect on abundance and gratefulness midst the loses faced daily. So, as Anjelah Johnson-Reyes always states give your maditude and a gratitude. The above lead in is my maditude. In the comments you will find my gratitude.
