There are four of you in this community. I am so happy that you all joined. I want to share with you that I am done with my weekends working for clock in. I had a write up and I own my responsibility in that. They knew I was grieving. The scheduler knew that I was taking the cart for a sick nurse. I was still expected to ensure everything was done right and there was a drill we failed. I thanked them for the write up here is why I am done with a system that sets you up for failure.
