Day 60 ❗️❗️❗️✅️ the biggest identity shift I've made is that I completely trust myself - I can and do keep promises to myself because I have WRITTEN and visible proof of it! This experience has been extremely empowering and I am so grateful that I took advantage of this opportunity. Thank you, Amy 🥹

Day 61 ✅ I will continue writing my ISS and DACs in my journal and will keep it on a specific shelf in my kitchen. I begin my day sitting at the counter and will do my journaling then. Walking in the mornings AND in the afternoons before my kids get home gas become habit. I've been blocking my work calendar for those walks and will continue doing that! In the evenings, I will reflect on the day and write down one of my wins for the day to carry into the next morning.

I'm struggling to name my future self. Giving myself a name other than "Lauren" makes me upset. I don't like it. I can visualize my Future Self. I can describe her vividly - she is close to me and I feel very connected to her. It doesn't feel like we're different people with different personalities or different lives... she's still Lauren but just better. Today she will journal all of the wins she's had today, and at the end of the week, she will re-read them :)
