Would anyone be willing to share what optimal levels should be or where I can research that info? I’m in my early 30s and just got hormones tested. Labs all said normal but I’m missing periods, experiencing excessive hair shedding, low mood, etc.

Betaine hcl and digestive enzymes with meals has helped me since the Glps are known to decrease stomach acid. You can order on Amazon pretty cheap
SLUPP and sleep
Can anyone share their experience with SLUPP if you are a person who works out later in the day? Specifically - did it mess with your sleep? Most of what I’ve read is people taking it on an empty stomach for AM workouts - I’m going on MANY years of afternoon (4PM usually) workouts and don’t plan on switching it up, lol but also don’t want to deal with sleep interruptions.

I actually found it helped my sleep! In that I was wiped out by like 8pm and couldn’t keep my eyes open lol. I took 2mg when I woke up around 6am then another 2mg right before I worked out around 11am. I didn’t take any more the rest of the day. I love Slu. Currently cycled off and I miss it so much!
