Cagri vs Tirz vs Orfo
I currently have a stock of Cagrilintide, Tirzepatide, and Orforglipron and not sure which to start with. I only need to lean out 5-10 pounds and found success with micro dose of Reta a few months ago however after I stopped the weight slowly came back on. I also take Armour thyroid med and my TSH got lower on Reta (too low) and also my T4 got very high. Another issue I didn't like about reta was that I got horrible gas after I titrated off of it. Lasted for a few weeks. Any suggestions/thoughts on what would be best move for me next?

I’m currently on 1mg a week of tirz and .25mg a week of Cagri and loving it. I lost weight on 2-3mg a week on tirz - but no Cagri. Wanted to drop way down on tirz to keep sensitivity to low doses but not get off completely bc of improvement in my thyroid lab work. My main goal was staying on the trend of better thyroid lab work AND keeping the food noise at bay / help me maintain the weight I’m at (which is a chore when food noise is such a huge battle). JUST had labs drawn on Friday and cannot wait to see where I’m at thyroid health wise right now after being on half the dose of tirz I was on at time of last draw in January. Going gluten free has also been a thyroid game changer for me.

For those who have cycled this - do you stick to a certain dosage per week or microdose a couple times a week. I started very low and so far love it but definitely feel it wearing off. Thanks!

I’m on my third or fourth week of taking .25 (I think I did .125 my very first dose and felt nothing)… I love it! It’s allowed me to drop down to 1mg weekly of tirz to help keep my body sensitive to it, still feel my hunger pangs (so I can fuel my body properly) but quiets the food noise I have struggled with my whole life! I felt pretty fatigued on my first dose of .25, but there were definitely other factors involved and it’s nothing noteworthy as of lately that would keep me from using it! Two thumbs up for Cagri from this girl lol

@Shawna Fenwick yes- it for sure decreased past the first and second dose for me!! It’s making maintaining my current weight very easy with just 1mg weekly of tirz a week … I do not inject them on the same day … it just weirds me out to do that for some reason and I like the support it offers with food noise spread out, lol.
KPV - The Queen of back pain and menstrual cramps!
I have a long standing lower back issue due to an old injury and a slight scoliosis. It’s managed well with weight lifting and a daily prehab routine. But every once in a while, I’ll do something to throw it out, and it’s a 4-week recovery time with excruciating pain that I can’t even sit at my desk or sit up in bed. I did something to it again on Sunday, and was in such excruciating pain on Monday that I decided to try the bottle of KPV I had on hand. Within 10 hours, the sharp pain was gone, and I was able to do life like normal. I took 250mcg am and pm the first 2 days, then backed off to 250mcg every morning. It’s now Friday and my back feels almost back to normal! I’m able to do my prehab and even did a hike today after Thanksgiving! Ironically, I also started my period on Sunday, and this is the first cycle I’ve had in my ENTIRE LIFE without insane daily cramps!!! I am so sold on this stuff. An absolute god send! (Or Tara send, as the case may be!)

@Timili Grady holy crap!!!
Oxytocin
Hey Ladies, has anyone tried oxytocin that may have similar traits to me? I am an over thinker, struggle with anxiety… looking for a little calm and maybe a little more patience as a mom? Can anyone speak to their experience with this pep or even another one that felt helpful for these things? TIA

Semax, Selank Nasal Spray? Injection?
For Semax and Selank what's the better recommended protocol, nasal spray or subQ? Or is this just a preference?
