Day 3 – Set Up Your Whole Funnel Framework
Aaaand no sky scraper is built without strong foundations, so let's get that done on day 3: Establishing The Opt In. Yesterday, you outlined what you’re selling. Today, you’ll map exactly how people will find, trust, and buy it. This is your funnel framework, and it’s a LOT simpler to build the funnel when you start on paper, so do just that. Here's the daily task: ✅ Core Action: Map the funnel: - Lead magnet opt-in page - Thank you page - Sales page - Order bump - OTO - Confirmation page 🎥 Content Action: Story video: “How this funnel is going to work.” -- How have I done this? Let me explain the nuances of each step of the funnel. 1️⃣ Opt-In Page - Introduce the value or Big Promise of your flagship offer, in the form of a lead magnet (free or paid) - Make sure the lead magnet is HYPER focused on exposing the problem your flagship offer resolves - Don't fix the problem in the lead magnet, but show with case studies (for example) how easy it can be to resolve the problem - Capture emails and send the lead magnet 2️⃣ Thank You Page - Make sure they understand how they will get the lead magnet - If via email, tell them to check their inbox to confirm they received it. - Tell them, unashamedly, what NEXT STEP they can take with you to resolve the problem and get more of what they want 3️⃣ Sales Page (present your offer) - Basically? Put your offer stack from yesterday into a slide show, and record yourself presenting it - The same content you present in the video? Write it out below the video in bullet points + benefits 4️⃣ Order Form and Order Bump (quick add-on) - You can make this a separate page, but honestly, I like slapping the checkout module on the bottom of my sales page. - Add the order bump at the bottom of the checkout, and add a picture AND description to it. Why should the lead buy it? 5️⃣ OTO Page - You have extra things, remember? From yesterday? Drop those into next-pages in your funnel, one page for ever OTO. This is where Upsells and Downsells can become valuable strategies.

Which Test Won? (Shifting The Focus Of 'FREE')
So, I thought it would be fun to start a new series here called "Which Test Won..." We have a dozens of active split tests running every day on all our funnels, and we never get to show off the cool stuff we're learning, SO... would you be ok if I started post results here for you all to learn from!?! :) Ok... the goal of this first test was to set out to improve the VIP upgrade form in the Your First Funnel Challenge by reworking the headline alignment to see if focusing on VIP would improve order rates. So many say that a strong headline can drive results—but does that depend on *which* benefit you highlight? ================ TEST: Where Is The Focus Of The FREE!? A) Trial Free? B) VIP Free? The test focusing on the VIP free increased conversions my 19.95% which added an additional 335+ new trials per month from the same traffic! ================ Originally, the headline read, “Start Your FREE 30-Day Trial of ClickFunnels 2.0 and get the VIP Experience for FREE!” The 30-Day Trial took the lead, with VIP as the secondary bonus. We rephrased it to make VIP the star: “Get The VIP Experience For FREE And Start Your FREE 30-Day Trial of ClickFunnels 2.0!” This simple shift paid off. Our updated headline led to a 19.69% jump in order rate, a solid win with higher conversions. That means more users saw the VIP experience as the top value driver, and the trial became an added bonus. The takeaway? Don’t hesitate to reframe your headline’s focus to see what resonates best with your audience. It’s all about testing what truly connects—so that you know your headline is doing its job where it matters most.
