Functional Strength Builder
This was meant to be a quick 7–8 minute Friday session… but l just got lost in the movement. It turned into 15. Sometimes you plan the workout. Sometimes the workout carries you. I hope you get a little lost in it today also. Move well and remember, you are strong.

Fabulous session from start to finish! Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful quaint old church and rock wall with us! This session was longer? I would have never known if you hadn't said. These sessions fly by. I used my 2 pound weights from beginning to end. Thanks for the beautiful prayer at the end, as well!

Drew, I did have a great day! It was busy but great! This session was perfect for ending my day! Thank you for the beautiful location as well. This is a very soothing session and perfect for just before bed.

The view from both directions is outstanding! Great movement as well. I had a crazy busy weekend and then didn't feel well yesterday. I'm back today and feeling great! This is a great way to start my session!

@Kris Lmehlow thank you so much! I think I did too much over the weekend and then my autoimmune issues were letting me know I had over extended myself. A little rest does wonders!
