Day 16: Gratitude in Motion | Moving Through January
Today is about gratitude and where we place our attention. A gentle seated movement session to appreciate what our bodies can do, right here and right now. Move slowly, notice the small things, and let gratitude guide today’s practice.

Drew, I am truly grateful for you and each one in this group. I did today's session standing and carrying 2 pound dumb bells. I had planned on using 5 pound dumb bells but am sore from yesterday. I thought I should back off a bit. You are absolutely right when you mentioned that life's difficulties come into our lives to change us, challenge us, and grow us.
Day 15: Feel Empowered, Not Limited | Moving Through January
Today we’re building upper body strength and core stability from the back of a chair. A reminder that even when mobility is limited, there’s always something we can do. Small amounts of strength work, done consistently, add up over time. Keep moving in whatever ways you can and build strength that supports you through your days with more ease and confidence.

I did this session from the floor. Oh, I think my arms and shoulders will be sore tomorrow. That is a good thing! It means I worked them! Thanks for a great workout, Drew!
Day 14: Focus on What You Can Do | Moving Through January
Today is a gentle seated yoga session. A chance to shift our attention toward what’s in our control. We may not be able to do everything, but there is always something we can do. Move gently, connect to your breath, and bring real awareness and presence to today’s movement.

Thanks, Drew! I enjoyed this session standing up and wearing my weighted vest and carrying 2 pound dumb bells. I am now caught up again! I love having several to do at once, but I do enjoy doing one every day as well.
Day 13: Start Small | Moving Through January
If something feels too hard to start, it usually means the first step isn’t small enough. Today is about starting small and letting that be enough. We’re keeping things very gentle with a seated movement session. Simple, supportive movement to remind ourselves that progress comes from showing up, even in the smallest ways. Start where you are and build from there.

Great session, Drew! I did yesterday's and this one standing and with my 8 pound vest and my 2 pound dumb bells. Get better soon!
Day 12: Move Without Limits| Moving Through January
I picked up a bit of an injury playing rugby, and my mobility isn’t what it usually is. That’s part of the practice. Our bodies change, our circumstances change, but we can still show up for ourselves. For a little while, we’ll be doing more seated, chair-based movement. Gentle, supportive work that meets the body where it is. Keep moving in whatever way you can. That’s what matters.

Wow, Drew! You are truly an inspiration to us all. I remember you leading us in great sessions and you had just had neck surgery. Nothing slows you down much and nothing dampens that positive inspirational attitude! Thanks so much Drew! I'm wishing you a quick recovery and same for your son.
