A few questions!
Hello! I've had a ton of teeth pulled as a kid, maybe 13 or so Ive had my wisdom teeth come in and I dont want to remove them as I still have one less row of teeth than my buddy who still got them removed. My maxilla seems super recessed from what I know, but my second molars are under a ton of pressure, my left second molar has chipped pretty bad and my right molar seems like its about to follow. Its not in pain normally but I cant bite on the right side on it anymore, only when I bite. Should I get them removed or just thumbpull for a the space, or even do marpe then braces due to the severity maybe? Is there a way to get the lower jaw to follow the upper palate without surgery? Do you guys recommend bite blocks? I just turned 23 years old and have reviv 3, but when I wear it, it puts a ton of pressure on my teeth after a while. (Jaw hurts a lot too but thats fine I understand its a part of the process)

you should definetly try to create space first throuigh thumbpulling/fast method and reviv. I wouldnt advice for marpe cause its unnatural expansion, which if you would want to continue with reviv would make your journey alot harder.

@Nermin Sivic fast method is something described in reviv community, its badically mainly stretching the spine like santiagos histo stretching. Basically thing that speed up the process like yoga, thumbpulling and stretching, even myofunctional exercises although they are by far the weakest. A few extra things like nudges and pops where you let your jaw guide you. The full fast method has not been puplished by Ken only around 70% has been puplished.
