Quick question for wholesalers.What do you usually do with seller leads that don't work for your cash buyers?

@Muhammad Usman Tahir Got it. I specialize in creative financing. A lot of 'dead' wholesale leads still close for me. I pay referral fees or JV on anything that closes - no extra work for you. Instead of throwing 'dead' leads away, do you want a second chance at getting paid on them?

What do you think is the best to start out with in wholesaling Local or Virtually and why ?

It's best to start off local in your own back yard, if your market fits the right criteria. You can easily visit property and seller locally and you are more familiar with your market. If your local market is not so good, then go virtually to better suited markets.

Which works better for you?
Alright so I’ve been studying and taking action with wholesaling for a couple of months now, no deal yet and I DON’T plan on stopping because I KNOW this has to be real, I’ve noticed that I’ve been getting better with some parts of this journey but I’m so trash at communicating and Thts the biggest part, I’m not scared to make calls at all but nothing ever comes from it, for the people in this community that started off with bad communication how did you get your first deal? Texting, calling, reverse D4D? Any advice

Calling and email..study and practice your scripts until you are very comfortable with them...tailor them to your own personality...You can do this ..Just Do It !!
