272 Calls 15 Contacts 5 leads 83 Emails 43 Opens 0 Clicked Today was action packed. Days like today are the best when someone calls you after hours, "Hey you left a message and I am calling you back." I absolutely fumbled the conversation and told him when i got back to my Desk i would look up his number and call back. I did that and called back and he was still interested in what I had to sell. Something about that really makes me feel that I am on the right track.

@Bryson Deboard You. It'll be harder but you can get deals from Zillow with $0 EMD (the hard part). Then find buyers through agents with a fee to the agents. Or marketplace for buyers or other places.
