No hidden costs. 🏗️ Builder Math: Traditional land loans are sitting at 9%+ and 40% down. Today will be More Cold Calling, actually cold " texting" because that was how i got my first deal even though its been a nightmare dispo, still have not gotten a buyer for it either, renegotiating price because this is ridiculous i just want to close the deal

I hope it get's closed you are a Crusher so even if that one takes longer, might have one today and tomorrow! 😎You got this!
