Aero upgrades
Hiya all, Just seeing if anyone knows of good value aero helmets or any deals on at the moment. Looking to splash out on a proper aero helmet so I’m not forced into wearing my temu purchase iykyk. Also calf sleeves, worth it? I know it depends on calf shape and general bike position but wondering if anyone has a bit more intel to share. Gracias

WEEKEND WRAP 🥊
One of the bigger days I’ve ever had as a coach over the weekend with a huge number of you guys competing in events including the T100 Gold Coast, IRONMAN 70.3 Geelong, and 2XU St Kilda. A few highlights from the weekend: - 3 athletes smashing over 40min PBs in Geelong on the same course. Amazing! - 2 podiums at T100. - A bunch of first-timers at each event, and they all went really well. We had Jimmy on the video with Tim in Geelong while I dragged April kicking and screaming to the Gold Coast to shoot for us there. Content will roll out over the next few days, and I’ll share the gallery link for photos from the GC T100 team. Couple of awards from the weekend: - Ben Croker – Best dressed at the T100 afterparty. I missed the generation where you wear your wife’s size 10 jeans out for a few beers, but you looked a million bucks mate! - Performance of the weekend– Brad Twyford. Geelong 70.3 in 4:49. First big race in red after a 5:40 at Sunshine Coast 2025. 50min PB on a much harder course. Bloody amazing mate. Meticulous preparation and the result came your way. There were a few hard and tough day in there so well done to all that grit the teeth and got it done. Just awesome to see. Well done to all that hit the start line, let’s keep the momentum going as we move into another weekend of racing this weekend. I'll be on the road to Husky with a great crew and looking forward to then having a few weeks at home before we hit Busso100 into Ironman Vietnam.

Missed the call tonight but can reinforce that Ironman NZ was an awesome event and pretty perfect place with the locals all getting behind it. Would look to go again for sure!

Race, training and mental tips. Anything little tips and tricks that people find help. As long as it isn’t anything about a new bike being the answer🤦‍♂️💸 Plus most the things you have mentioned I’m here for!

Hi all, little late to the party. Names Lachie and I live in Sydney. Got into triathlon last year after competing in amateur boxing. Random shift- I know. Hit up KOA and got onto Greg shortly after my first sprint distance- realising I want to have a crack. Loving it so far having done 2 70.3’s and couple short distance. Looking forward to my first full at NZ in March and 70.3 worlds at Nice in Sep. Keen to meet more of you at the coming events. Cheers🍻
