Use this thread to post your daily check-in. This is a shared accountability space. It's not a challenge and it’s not a discussion thread. It’s a simple record of what you did that day. --- 🦁 The Lionheart Framework (The Standard) Every check-in reflects one of four day types. These are not ranks or achievements. They describe the day you actually had. - Initiate Day β†’ fewer than 3 pillars - Warrior Day β†’ 3 to 4 pillars - Guardian Day β†’ 5 to 6 pillars - Lionheart Day β†’ 7 to 9 pillars All four days are valid if they are reported honestly. Oct 1st 🦁 Consistency isn’t flashy β€” but it’s what builds champions. Day by day, brick by brick. - Lead 🧭 Showed up with intent β€” because when you keep stacking consistent days, the hard becomes habit. - Interact with Nature 🌿 30-min walk outside β€” fresh air, fresh perspective. - Open to Stillness πŸ§˜β€β™‚οΈ Journaling gave me space to slow down, refocus, and clear the mental clutter. - Nourish 🍎 Dialed-in meals β€” fuel for performance, not just eating to eat. - Hydrate πŸ’§ 100% on point β€” energy stayed steady all day. - Exercise πŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈ 1 hr Open Mat, 1 GJJ Master Cycle, back & biceps, plus the walk β€” body got pushed, mind got sharpened. - Absorb Wisdom πŸ“š Every roll teaches. Gracie Barra
Has anyone trained at a Gracie Barra Gym? I'm going to take a trial class tomorrow because I have always wanted to try them out. I am very aware that some folks think they are kind of the "Big Box Store" of Jiu-jitsu (other than GU) but I'm excited for the class

Supplements?
I started taking BCAA and Creatine. Noticably less sore after hard workouts. Anybody else take supps? I never have before but they seem to help.

I take podium creatine for recovery, and podium hydration + electrolytes for cramping prevention

@Joel Moses Plough I train for hours at a time. I was cramping up from over use daily. Supplements and yoga/mobility/stretching has been a game changer.
