@Titus Blair they have sensitive information - they want to use their own user manuals (which are free to use / accesible info online), but client data, names, reports from engineers with costs and so on. Any advice on how to convince the customer to use an OpenAi API for example? They are afraid that sensitive information will be somehow out there.

the agent will be structured as follows: - support for the sales team - give based on the input a compresenhive feedback on how the offer should look like - provide different offers based upon for example budget or stock or execution time - depeding what is the most needed criteria for the customer - technical support - for engineers which are on the field - they can describe the sympthom from a maintanance request and the agent should give them for example know errors or step by step guideline based upon user manuals on how to fix it on site and so on - Reporting for management -> and here we have the reports / names / prices / customer details and so on This is for me, especially that i am +- at the beginning a very big project and i would love to receive as much input as possible to deliver it - even if i split it in 3 chunks - sales agent, than technical support and than the reporting for the management. @Titus Blair if you have any recommandation please feel free to share
