Little Changes for More Protein
After being diagnosed with a histamine intolerance and Ehlers Danlos, I was told to increase protein, cut gluten, and cut leftovers. This makes meal planning basically impossible- not to mention I have a crazy work schedule. So I’ve started swapping out anything I can to have protein that is ‘easy to grab/cook’. My 8am (starving to death) has been swapped from a regular granola bar to one with a lot more protein. I really want to try one of these mixed in a dairy free ice cream. And then whenever I get my next break at work, I found these awesome scramble cups with 22g of protein that take a minute to make. -let’s just say my grocery bill has increased a lot though..

Easiest breakfast for entire family
My wife and I are all about, “set it and forget it,” type of meals and minimal dishes! 6-8 whole eggs Any preferred veggies Shredded cheese Any additional protein (ham or turkey) Oven 350 degrees Spray pan 15-20 minutes Done! Anyone ever tried this before?

Tooth 🦷 fairy 🧚 coming to my house tonight…
Hey guys, it’s been a few days since I posted, and I just wanted to share today’s moment. My six-year-old had been having a couple of wiggly teeth for a couple of weeks, and this morning when was having breakfast, he lost one of his tooth, but then this afternoon after he came from school. He told me that he had another two that were pretty wiggly, and while eating a piece of pizza, he comes to us and says he lost a second one, but once I looked in his mouth, I noticed it was hanging by a thread, and my hubby tricked him that he was gonna clean his blood, and pulled it out with a napkin and my son was like “oh that hurt daddy! don’t do it again!…but then surely he realized that there was a 3rd one loosened too and he goes to his dad and says “if I let you pull it, will I get one more dollar from the tooth fairy??? 😂 So at the end. We got three tooth 🦷 in one day and he’s so proud of his new toothless smile 😀

Increasing Protein
Hey all! So one of my providers has set a goal for 100g of protein per day. Although that isn’t happening everyday for me, I have enhanced my oatmeal to get me a quarter of that goal. Kodiak Oatmeal: 12g Kodiak Granola: (1/2 a serving): 8g Walnuts: 5g Blueberries And a dash of honey. 🫣

@Jazmin Martinez definitely. In my opinion, it doesn’t have the same chalky texture that some other high protein items do.
