I just finished listening to the Menopausal Belly Fat course/lecture. It is SOLID GOLD!!! Wow. It makes sooo much sense and is a culmination of pieces I have heard but no one has tied it together as well. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I will be listening to it again and again. @Michale Hartte well so far, my main goal was to get past level 1 😊 I am not on my phone much in a day so I haven't really been able to watch many videos. But it's on my list for tomorrow! And just trying to figure out where everything is!

I love to train at home, but I am starting to get limited because of the size of weights I have. But going to the gym I am very unsure of where to start

Savory + Satiating Breakfast
Changing up my eggs, cottage cheese and avocado combination again this morning. Sourdough bread, mashed avocado, spinach, scrambled eggs cooked with cottage cheese and then sprinkled with some feta and sundried tomatoes for a Mediterranean vibe.
