Yup, u read that right!!šŸ˜€Cottage cheese bread ….šŸ™ŒšŸ½ So freaking easy and fast to make- and jam packed full of nutrients that support your hormones, help burn body fat and aide in building beautiful muscle… I love warming it up and putting some coconut butter on it… would be scrumptious with some natural peanut butter or healthy jams too! Even as a sandwich filled with your favorite ingredients!! Either way- it’s šŸ˜‹ TASTY! 🤤 Let me know if you’ll give it a try!! I promise you won’t be disappointed!!šŸ˜ IngredientsšŸž 2 cups oats 1 and 1/4 cups cottage cheese Approx 6 tsp sunflower or pumpkin seeds - or both! 2 tbsp flax seeds 1/4 tsp salt 2 eggs 1 tsp baking powder Mix it up, form into small buns or a loaf and place on parchment paper. A little Holiday haha for your Saturday , Ladies😁 Hot flashes, mood swings, weight gain thats hard to explain (especailly around my back!!!)...insane anxiety, horrible sleeps, a new belly, oh... and the RAGE i felt sometimes for no reason! 🤯 I have to say since starting my bioidentical hormone therapy in May - pretty much ALL of my mental/emotional feelings have eased up. My hot flashes are completely gone, and i am now sleeping pretty well again. As i posted yesterday, some woman have no symptoms- and some have them alllll!! I happened to get most of them, so this video speaks to me!šŸ¤£šŸ™ˆ Can anyone here relate? Comment your fun symptoms below!!!šŸ‘‡šŸ½ šŸ’œ

@Angela Arthur i am a sucker for McDonald’s breakfast lol. I love any cheesy pasta or really anything loaded with cream cheese. I think i could prob survive off meat and cheese until my heart said ā€œnopeā€ I used to be very addicted to sugar, I had Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever and almost died from it in 2015-2016. It was the wildest medical journey of my life. But for some reason, after all my treatment was completed I stopped craving sugar. I still like sugary things but can take 1-2 bites and be done. I also don’t really like bread, crust, doughnuts. I order a pizza bowl when my fam gets pizza and it’s just toppings baked together lol But anything hot melty and cheesy is still in danger if I’m around it šŸ˜‚

Differences in genetics, nutrition, environment , lifestyle, reproduction, health care and even cultural differences are all associated with how we age!🤯 Each and every woman on earth can experience their symptoms differently- some have barely any, and some - seem to have them all!!! Here's just a short list of possibilities that can affect your transition: ā£ļøoverall physical and mental health ā£ļøfitness ā£ļønutrition ā£ļøemotions ā£ļøthoughts and beliefs ā£ļøsleep and recovery ā£ļøstress and resilience ā£ļødisabilities ā£ļørace and ethnicity ā£ļøincome and financial security ā£ļøfamily situation ā£ļølife changes and challenges (example- losing a loved one, becoming a caregiver, changing jobs) There are just so many factors that make each one of our mid life "change" and experiences so different from the next- and this is fascinating to me! šŸ˜ I am SO curious about all of your stories and the lives you've all lived - and if you ever want to know na little more about me - don't mind sharing mine!! šŸ«¶šŸ½ So, share a little about yourself and the experiences/ life you've lived below if you feel up to it! šŸ’œ We area all here for each other, and i am definitely here for YOU if you ever need an ear or have some questions!
