Focusing on moving more. I just working 4-10 hour days this week. My intention is to move during my 30 min lunch and actually use my standing desk for a couple hours a day.

Team slow morning on the weekends and Team Get Moving during the week. I love a slow quiet Sunday morning with no agenda or noise for the first couple of hours. I’m in full on productivity mode Monday-Friday and my body and brain need at least one weekend morning to ease into my day.

I didn’t. My stepson had a hockey game so we just had pizza last night on the fly before heading to the rink. However today I am planning on making eggs w spinach and cottage cheese for breakfast. I need some help w easy go to protein options.

1️⃣ Kristi 2️⃣ 58 3️⃣ Joined to have a community of supportive women who are experiencing the same challenges. 4️⃣ I need help with accountability, motivation consistency and maybe help others with the same. I’m finally learning to protect my energy and stop continually putting myself last. I welcome learning about ways to age functionally and stay independent as long as possible.
