Life's too short for predictability
For those who prefer things clear and predictable, I’m about as stressful as a compass that instantly shifts the moment you think you’ve found north. I’d much rather be a hungry wasp crashing a coffee table. One second I’m circling the lemonade, the next I’m obsessed with the whipped cream — and before you know it, I’ve detoured through the plum cake and ended up nibbling on the cookies.

Just to let you know - Update
While busy with a KDP project I will not put much energy into this community for the nect time. I´ll keep it but I got this great book project and something else, that I want to focus on. One of it is my work as a skool operator, helping others with their communitys. I just don´t have the social beackground for my own and I don´t want to waste too much time creating it online. This community may become a place where people come together that meet me someplace else. 😊👍

Thank you for this amazing update in the community - I have been back logged in my own skool notifications but I can't wait to see your book come to life you're such an excellent writer.
Early 2026. Maybe that fits nicely in here
Here are some inspiring thoughts on why modern life sometimes feels kinda like impossible. And what we could do about it. 😍🤗 Happy reading. https://open.substack.com/pub/bigquestionstinymoments/p/why-modern-life-feels-impossible?r=3zooqa&utm_medium=ios&shareImageVariant=overlay

Thank you for sharing we are all experiencing information overload on the daily basis. Having to prioritize what is most important at the moment and forgetting about the rest. The demands we must meet keep growing higher and higher and we tend to constantly feel like we cannot do enough cannot keep up with others who appear to being doing more. I think one of the bigger issues is comparison like you pointed out in your article back when we didn't have social media who would we compare ourselves with? Our neighbors, our friends? It was a much smaller circle of comparison. Now we are comparing ourselves with the hundreds of people we scroll across on socials. People that seem happier, have more things, have a better lifestyle. It gets to be draining just trying to keep up.
Depression has "press"ure in the name
Pressure sometimes leaves a mark. an imprint. a dent. a *depression* yes. sometimes depression feels like pressure. Pressure to wear an "okay" mask around others. Pressure to do the small things around your house. Pressure to take care of yourself. Yelling at yourself constantly to DO a thing you can't get yourself to do. I know it can be hard to recognize the signs sometimes. for yourself or for others. sometimes those who smile the brightest *arent* okay. They are adding pressure to themselves to *be*. To be normal. to be presentable. to be *there*. for those who resonate with this message - medicine is not failure. Depression has proven medication available. check with your community therapist/psychiatrist. There is help. You don't have to fight yourself constantly. I was reminded that the holidays are rough for many. December/January is the darkest time of the year, which increases seasonal depressive feelings. For many, this may be their hardest season - and it's okay to seek help. you can be okay. And I know this might be a bit of a dark reality - but PLEASE if you are in danger or at risk, check this resource for a help line in YOUR COUNTRY: https://blog.opencounseling.com/suicide-hotlines/ YOU can be okay. Even if right now you *aren't okay* under the mask. There is hope. There is help. And we want you here

Thank you for sharing this post. When I was younger I use to struggle with my self worth and still have moments where I can withdraw but I’ve been fortunate my mood is pretty balanced now. Of course I don’t have a picture perfect life and I momentarily question why is this happening to me but my adhd brain now is on autopilot to say oh that thinking isn’t productive and moves me to another task then I forget about my issue at hand.
Sleeping outside this night. 🌌
Tonight I am sleeping outside in Hamburg at minus four degrees. While the media is panicking about the cold and the snow and even the mayor feels the need to address the population, I feel none of it. No drama, no chaos, just a quiet night outdoors. I do this because I love being outside, because I feel deeply connected to nature, and because it reminds me where I come from as a human being. Sometimes stepping back into the elements is the fastest way to remember what we are.
