🧊 A different way to measure a good week
Most of us judge a week by the visible stuff: emails answered, tasks completed, fires put out. Your nervous system uses very different criteria. For the next few days, try this instead: Three questions for the end of the day: 1. Did my body get at least ten minutes of real off time today, without a screen and without input? 2. Did I do at least one thing slowly and with attention, even though I could have rushed through it on autopilot? 3. Did I say a clear no at least once, even though a part of me wanted to be nice and say yes? If you can honestly say yes to even one of these, your week is already better than it looks on paper.
