I can't seem to locate a protocol for Step One's Glow...Can anyone help?

Hi I just got a bottle of glow and don’t know how much to start on? Does anyone take this regularly and can give me some advice?

Well, RS had surgery on Friday, so its been one whole week. Previously, RS had breast cancer, followed by a lumpectomy. This time on an MRI, they noticed an issue with 2 of my RS's lymph nodes. After removing them, they noticed they were NOT CANCER!!!! My RS allso received 2 sacral nerve block injections as well. My question to you is this... im still in soo much pain, and I've been told the whole "take Tylebol" for your pain. What else can my RS take for healing and pain?? Thanks so very much for your help!
