S GLP-1 Only comes in 10mg?

Can Tirz, Tesa/IPA be taken together. Not mixed together but same day or is it too much?

If I ordered a 10 mg vial of Klow how much BAC water would I mix and what dose would I start with?

Reading up on 1MQ, the article I chose says it’s better to take a 20mg capsule 3xs a day. The injections go straight through the kidneys. What is your take on this?
