Looking to add something to boost my weight loss I am taking TIRZ now. Any suggestions and dosing?

Hi everyone! Looking for a little insight. I’ve been on Tz for one year and I’ve lost about 40 pounds, which is wonderful, but it doesn’t seem to be working like it used to. I haven’t hit my goal weight yet, and the food noise seems to be back even after my injection. Any suggestions would be awesome! Thank you!

I've been at the lowest dose for a long while. my side effects are horrible. Flu like symptoms for 4-5 days and my BP got dangerously low, so I am now trying to split dose the lowest dose to see if that helps. Issue being I have now gained back a lb since split dosing started. Should I try switching to Something else or keep split dosing and see how it goes?

My Tessa has gelled up upon reconstitution... can this be undone?
