Tirz
I received my first order from step one and started Tirz this afternoon. I wanted to see what everyone’s results has been with step one Tirz and if any side effects. I have only used compound Tirz through my doctor office so just trying to get feed back 😊

Switching glp2-glp3 advice
My cousin and I were looking into R-GLP3. We're currently involved with T-GLP2. Anyone who's been here, can you please give as much detail as possible? Because when you switch do you start back at the bottom? Up by 2.5 and such? I heard it helps tremendously with inflammation. Experiences with research you've done on it?

Typical Transition Strategy (High-Level) Phase 1: Stabilize tirzepatide Stay on a stable tirzepatide dose Make sure side effects are minimal before changing anything Phase 2: Introduce retatrutide at a very low dose Retatrutide is started at a micro / introductory dose Tirzepatide is kept the same initially This phase is about tolerance, not weight loss ⏱️ Usually 1–2 weeks Phase 3: Begin decreasing tirzepatide Tirzepatide is reduced stepwise Retatrutide is increased slowly, one step at a time Only one change per adjustment period Either ↓ tirzepatide or ↑ retatrutide — not both simultaneously ⏱️ Adjustments typically spaced 2–4 weeks apart Phase 4: Full transition Tirzepatide is fully discontinued Retatrutide reaches its maintenance range Appetite suppression and metabolic effects usually feel stronger at this stage ⏱️ Full transition often takes 6–10 weeks ⚠️ Signs you’re moving too fast If any of these happen, titration should pause: Persistent nausea or vomiting Severe fatigue or “flat” feeling Dizziness/lightheadedness Food aversion or inability to eat Resting heart rate noticeably higher than normal 🧠 Why slow matters (especially with reta) Retatrutide’s glucagon activity can increase energy expenditure That same mechanism can worsen: Anxiety Insomnia Fatigue Slow titration lets your CNS and GI system adapt 📋 Strongly recommended labs before or during transition Especially since you mentioned fatigue & brain fog earlier: CMP (electrolytes, liver) B12 Iron / ferritin TSH + free T3/T4 A1C or fasting insulin Bottom line ✔️ Slow ✔️ One adjustment at a time ✔️ No full-dose overlap ✔️ Expect 6–10 weeks for a clean transition
Healing & Pain
Well, RS had surgery on Friday, so its been one whole week. Previously, RS had breast cancer, followed by a lumpectomy. This time on an MRI, they noticed an issue with 2 of my RS's lymph nodes. After removing them, they noticed they were NOT CANCER!!!! My RS allso received 2 sacral nerve block injections as well. My question to you is this... im still in soo much pain, and I've been told the whole "take Tylebol" for your pain. What else can my RS take for healing and pain?? Thanks so very much for your help!

@Josh Tipton tirz is always the top contender! Thank you for your input! I didn't list reta because I honestly didn't think of it when I did the poll, lol. I just put peps that came to mind right away. No other reason...youre definitely right though! Reta is all the rage!!
