No suppression
I’ve been on Triz since last Nov. I have 13 more pounds to loose till I hit my goal. The food noise is back and the appetite suppression is no longer there. Is there something I can add to help with the food suppression and food noise. I’m also worried about when I do a maintenance dose it will not help! I do not want to gain any of the weight back. My quality of life is so much better now.

SS-31 gets FDA approval for treatment of rare disease
9/19/25 the U.S. Food and Drug Administration granted accelerated approval to Forzinity (elamipretide) injection as the first treatment for Barth syndrome, in patients weighing at least 30 kg. Barth syndrome is a rare, serious and life-threatening disease of the mitochondria (the energy-producing parts of cells). https://www.fda.gov/news-events/press-announcements/fda-grants-accelerated-approval-first-treatment-barth-syndrome

That is awesome news!! I love my tirzepitide!! Hopefully, they will soon realize that its not just for weightloss/diabetes. Ever since I've taken it, my PCOS went away, my inflammation has all but returned to normal, and my fibromyalgia is even better!! Of course, losing +150 pounds is a definite plus!! Come on FDA, let's keep the ball rolling! 🤞
Titrating
I am about to titrate up to 7.5mg with T-glp2 with a 30mg vial. Does anyone know how much bacwater to use?

ER visit
So I need some advice from my peptide family😩 I understand we aren’t doctors & this isn’t medical advice just things to help! Lol so I’ve been on 2.5 of tz since the end of May I think? Went up to 5 about a month ago. I’ve only ever had mild side effects but Sunday night did my 💉 & Monday morning started with sulfur burps, then nausea, then sudden severe diarrhea & 🤮… it wouldn’t stop for a little over an hour so I went to ER, CT scan came back perfectly, labs were just a little out of wack. After IV and a few hours I was fine. They said it was just the tz, I’m convinced I need a new regimen on 💉 day ! Any advice is appreciated 🩷🩷🩷

If this has never happened to you before and you've just started, the best thing to do is either go back to 2.5, or start to microdose because your body can't adjust to that large of a dose all at once. For microdosing, you will still get your 5.0, but maybe you could do Monday , Wednesday, Friday=2mg, 2mg, 1mg. This is just an example. Don't forget every person is different, thats why this is research. 😁

@Brook Chapman I'm so happy my explanation helped you out! Fingers crossed that works for you! Micrdosing does really help a lot of people. Hopefully, you're one of them! Good luck! ♡
