Glad to join the group. I’m focused primarily on Gulf Coast industrial development with an operator first approach around IOS, contractor yards, warehouse plus yard, and infrastructure driven industrial sites. One thing I’ve noticed lately is the gap between marketed industrial demand and actual executable demand once utilities, stabilization, access, detention, and truck flow realities get involved.
