Hey guys - I am serious about continuing Muay Thai - I don’t want to do MMA but I want to be able to keep up with the guys at the gym. I’m struggling with endurance, form and some mechanics. Any advice ?
I’m a beginner myself and endurance will come with time. Maybe ask your coach for some pointers regarding form and technique? Sorry no real advice 🙈 - but I’m also curious what others will say
