💛 Welcome to The JOY Project
You’re in the right place. This isn’t another program. This isn’t something to figure out. This is one simple practice: 👉 Send one joyful text a day. That’s it. One message. One person. One moment that could change someone’s day. 💛 Why this exists We are on our phones all day. And most of what we see? Stress. Noise. People needing something from us. So we’re flipping it. We’re using the same device… 👉 to create connection instead of consume it. Because people aren’t lacking information. They’re lacking being seen. ⚡️ What to do next 1. Read the pledge below 2. Comment: “I’m in 💛” 3. Send your first joyful text today Don’t overthink it. Just send it. 🌍 The mission We are building a movement of 1,000,000 people sending one joyful text a day. Because when one person chooses joy, it changes their day. When thousands do… it changes everything. 💬 Need a place to start? Send this: “I was thinking about you today and just wanted you to know you matter to me.” That’s it. You’re already doing it. Joy isn’t something we wait for. 👉 It’s something we create. Let’s go. 💛📱

@Leigh Ann Hello nice
Happy Saturday, JOY Project 💛
I want to let you in on something early… because this matters. Over the next few days, you’re going to start seeing a shift in here. By Wednesday, we’re aligning around a new shared focus: 👉 One Joyful Text a Day. One message. One moment of connection. One simple way to bring more joy into someone else’s life. That’s it. No overwhelm. No complicated system. Just a daily practice that anyone can do… and everyone can feel. This is becoming the mission of The JOY Project. Not just talking about joy… But actively creating it. Every single day. On Wednesday, I’ll invite you to take a simple pledge: To send one joyful text each day. To someone in your life who might need it… or simply deserves it. Between now and then, I’m going to start sharing more - why this matters, what I’ve been seeing, and how powerful something this small can be. For today, just sit with this: 💬 Who is someone you could send a kind, unexpected message to? No pressure to act yet… just notice what comes up. We’re building something really special here. And I’m so glad you’re part of it. 💛
Happy Saturday, JOY Project 💛

Joy check… let’s make this visual 😄📸
Enough talking about joy. Let’s see it. Because sometimes a picture captures what words can’t. The little things. The random moments. The stuff that just makes you smile for no big reason. So here’s today’s Friday fun: 👇 Drop a photo of something that brings you joy. • Your morning coffee • A walk view • Your pet • Your people • Your workspace • Something totally random that just makes you happy No explanation needed… but you can if you want. Let’s fill this thread with real-life joy. And while you’re scrolling… 👉 Like a few 👉 Comment on a few 👉 Borrow a little joy from someone else’s world Because sometimes seeing joy is the fastest way to feel it. ✨📸

Let’s upgrade the macros.
The macros of joy: Noticing. Allowing. Sharing. And here’s where it gets really interesting… There’s actual research showing this isn’t just a cute idea. Psychologist Barbara Fredrickson’s work on positive emotions found that joy doesn’t just feel good… 👉 It literally expands your thinking. When you feel joy, your brain broadens. You become more creative. More open. More connected. And over time? You don’t just feel better… 👉 You build real-life resources - relationships, resilience, ideas, opportunities. That’s the part most people miss. Joy isn’t just a moment. It’s a builder. So now think about the macros: Noticing → tells your brain “this matters” Allowing → lets it actually land Sharing → locks it in and expands it outward That last one? That’s where the compound interest lives. Because joy shared = joy multiplied. 👇 Joy prompt (let’s test the science): What’s one small moment of joy from today? Drop it below. Say it out loud. Text it to someone. Let’s build something bigger than just a moment. ✨
Let’s upgrade the macros.

That first sip of my green smoothie this morning to snap me out of my funk of being tired and later my first sip of coffee then breathing in the fresh air on the jobsite looking at the sunrise this morning, I got it pretty good

Where is your joy coming from today?
Let’s make this simple. Think about the ENJOY pillars: E – Elevate Your Wellness N – Nurture Connection J – Join in Giving O – Open to Something Greater Y – Yes to Joy Some days, joy comes from a great workout. Some days, it’s a conversation. Some days, it’s helping someone else. Some days, it’s a quiet moment with something bigger than you. Some days… it’s just saying yes to something that feels good. There’s no one way. But there’s always somewhere. 👇 Check in: Where is your joy coming from today? E, N, J, O, or Y? Drop your letter (or a few 👀) and tell us what’s bringing it. Let’s see where joy is showing up across the community today. ✨
