Welcome New Members!
I am absolutely thrilled to welcome in our newest members @Santiago Correa, @Russell Cross III, @Vickie Padavano, and @Jack McHalffey! We are very much just getting started...only finished framing out the MVP a few days ago 🤯 Here you'll learn the ins and outs of being an Admin, whether that's for the community you own, a community you currently admin for, or for you to prepare to step into the admin role! Right now all courses in the classroom are open to all levels but I highly suggest you like, comment, and reply so if/when they do become level locked you'll already be there! As founding members you'll also get access to some of the paid courses as they come out before they lock so you can level up your skills and provide feedback for improvement! So, inquiring minds want to know: 1️⃣ Are you brand new, already an admin, or a community owner? 2️⃣ What do you hope to learn in Admin Skool? 3️⃣ Tell us about your Skool community! But mostly, welcome 🤗

@Vickie Padavano Your community, sounds like such a needed sanctuary. I absolutely love your focus on nervous system regulation, it’s the foundation for everything else!. I’m also here to learn how to keep that human feel in a digital space. Looking forward to seeing how you weave that culture of connection into your community. 💫

Write down your honest answer to these three questions: 1. What stage are you currently at? (Stage 1: Learning the role, Stage 2: Applying the skills somewhere, Stage 3: Building a track record, Stage 4: Position yourself, Stage 5: Getting Paid!) 2. What's the one thing standing between you and the next stage? 3. What would it mean for you to land your first paid admin role?

I'm definitely at stage 1, soaking up as much as I'm able to in the classroom. If there's anything standing in my way, it's getting that firsthand experience. Being a hands-on learner, I’m looking to bridge the gap between theory and practice. I'm still pondering the thought about wanting an official admin title for an Owner or simply continue being a super member in my select groups Lol. I trust that what I learn here, in The Admin Skool will be the best Owner/Admin for my community as well. Getting paid on either side would mean the methods and techniques learned were applicable, offering a vibrantly new chapter for my community. Thank you @Hector Febres and @Theresa Elliott for trailblazing this group 💯🙏🏽
👋 Welcome to Admin Skool 👨🏽‍💻👩🏼‍💻
If you’re here, you either see the opportunity, were asked to be an admin, or are looking for an admin for your Skool community. Like me you may have noticed Skool is growing fast and there is not a community for people to learn how to Admin proficiently. Most Skool communities struggle with the same problems: • New members join… then disappear • Posts get views but no real engagement • The owner is overwhelmed • Energy drops after the launch hype • Growth stalls It’s not because the idea is bad. It’s because there’s no operator driving momentum. That’s what a strong admin does. Skool encourages people to make communities that are like a party but many communities feel more like a rave around a dumpster fire. A good party has a flow, nurtures organic engagement, and fosters connection. A good Admin is like a good party planner, when their work is done right, people notice. It's not magic, it's YOU implementing systems and structure that make people feel at HOME. This community exists to train you to become a confident, capable Skool admin. Not a random moderator. Not someone guessing. A skilled operator who can: • Align with an owner’s vision • Increase engagement • Improve onboarding • Support growth • Position yourself for paid roles Whether you’re brand new or already helping inside a community, you’re in the right place. How This Community Works 🔹 Standard: Build the foundations 🔹 Premium: Get live coaching and feedback 🔹 Pro: Personalized mentorship and fast-track support If you’re serious about becoming valuable inside Skool, participate. Don’t lurk. First Action Step Comment below: 1. Are you brand new or already an admin? 2. What interests you most — skills, income, or community building? 3. What’s one goal you want to accomplish here? Let’s get to work.

@Mark Eldridge Absolutely! I've noticed there is something super powerful about a win-win structure. I’m all in with the teamwork approach. I know each member that joins The Admin Skool will work together to maintain the group culture created. I'm proud to be in the company of you all. 🔝
Foundations: 🧨 Action Step 1
Find one Skool community you're currently a member of (or one you can join for free). Observe it for 15 minutes and ask yourself: - Does it feel alive or quiet? - Are new members being welcomed? - Is anyone sparking conversations? Write down one thing you notice. That awareness is where admin skill begins.

Seeing that there are thousands of communities here on the Skool platform, I've observed a variety of them and noticing that they are pretty quiet up until the owner/admin of the community submits a post in one section or another. From there regularly active members immediately like and spark conversations via comments (which is great). I've noticed almost all of the communities I observed have welcome posts, and in most cases the only one welcoming new members are the owners of that community. I'm still observing communities to see if members are posting discussion questions for other members to engage with. I have noticed the Skoolers community in particular, is very alive. Lots of members post in the various categories and there is a lot of engagement going on. Members from around the world welcome new members with no hesitation. It's actually pretty interesting to see. In fact, that's how I ran across the Admin skool community 🤗 I must admit, it's pretty awesome.

@Mark Eldridge I couldn't agree more. The solo-preneur trap is real in the community world. With a dedicated admin team, the energy level is heightened and there's more consistent engagement. It's the perfect match for busy Owners who build high value groups like the one we have here. Thank you Mark for sharing 💯
