Stop and Reflect: Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs
Course: Healing and Leadership Module: Needs That Drive Leadership Leadership healing doesn’t happen in theory — it happens in practice. This is where revelation meets rhythm. Take a breath, slow down, and walk through these reflection prompts intentionally. the Holy Spirit highlight which area needs your attention this week. ✍🏽 Journal: What Needs Care This Week? Wholeness isn’t a one-time event — it’s a daily rebuild. Look back at Maslow’s Hierarchy and ask: “Which level of my life feels most unstable right now?” -Is it your body (fatigue, no margin)? -Your safety (financial or job insecurity)? -Your belonging (isolation or lack of trust)? -Your esteem (doubt, defensiveness, comparison)?Your purpose (disconnection from calling)? -Pick one level that needs attention this week.

Over working to feel worthy because rest actually does make me feel like I'm being lazy or I feel guilty for resting when others are working because I feel like I have to prove I can do it too or I'll be rejected. Saving others, or trying to do so, makes me feel like I'm filling a void in my heart. Maybe thats from all the times I wanted to be saved or helped and no one did it for me. As a result I want to stop others from feeling that.
Strength in Weakness — Authority, Identity & Holy Surrender
Day 1: Tear Down the Strongholds 📖 2 Corinthians 10:3–5 “For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh…” 🔎 Focus Spiritual warfare begins in the mind. Paul reminds us that the battle is not external first — it is internal. Strongholds are not demons hiding in the bushes. They are patterns of thinking that oppose the knowledge of God. Unrenewed thinking keeps us in cycles.Identity lies keep us small.Old wounds keep us reactive. If the enemy can keep your thoughts unchallenged, he can keep your destiny delayed. 🧠 Reflection - What recurring thought pattern keeps resurfacing? - Does this thought align with the knowledge of God? - What identity lie have you normalized? 🙏 Prayer Lord, expose every thought that exalts itself above Your truth. Give me courage to confront what I’ve allowed to stay.
