Spiritual warfare begins in the mind. Paul reminds us that the battle is not external first — it is internal. Strongholds are not demons hiding in the bushes. They are patterns of thinking that oppose the knowledge of God. Unrenewed thinking keeps us in cycles.Identity lies keep us small.Old wounds keep us reactive.
If the enemy can keep your thoughts unchallenged, he can keep your destiny delayed.
