🌟 Be brave with your dreams...
...I’d love to invite you to share something. What are your dreams with horses, no matter how big, small, quiet, or bold? And I mean the real ones. Not just to spend time with them (which is beautiful), but the ones that stretch you a little. Because there is so much more available to us than just loving them and love, when paired with understanding and courage, can create extraordinary things. It's where magic and self-belief lives. Horses are incredibly intelligent. They are capable of so much when invited to use their brains. That's what I try to share for example across my socials. Liberty. Bridleless riding. Deep trust. Lightness. Good partnership. I find that sometimes my students shrink their dreams because they think they’re unrealistic. Sometimes they shrink them because they don’t believe yet that they're capable. I always think they are capable. No pressure coz I cannot make them see, only guide. But when they do realise what is possible, I am usually met with a huge wow and a smile that extends to the moon and back. Money can't buy that. 🤩 So tell me, if nothing was holding you back, what would you love to experience with your horse? This is a brave and safe space. Dream out loud 🐴✨🫶

It's lovely to read everybody there dreams and story's. My dreams just started. I want to build a beautiful and strong partnership with Summer. To go out for a ride bridleless in a forest or on a beach. Work with light and simple signals. A partnership where you have enough with one look or word. I want to feel save with Summer and above all I want him to feel save with me. I know it is a lot of work to get the dream, and sometimes i notice that the mental game is hard. The little voice inside my head that tells me differently And I know it's possible. And i know i have to work really hard for it. Zoë you and your boys are an example and an idol for me.
🎧 Nobody is watching you...
Hey GGWH friends, ever found yourself feeling insecure, worrying about who’s watching, judging, or silently forming opinions? You’re not alone. In Podcast Episode 32: Nobody is watching you - I talk openly about this sharing personal experiences, mindset shifts, and practical ways to move past that inner noise. A lot of it comes from my own journey, both with horses and in teaching. One of the biggest realizations? Most people are far too busy thinking about themselves to be analyzing us. 👉 The beauty of it is that when we stop riding, training, or handling horses through the imagined eyes of others, something powerful happens: - we soften - we breathe - we listen better - our projection of confidence grows - and our horses feel the difference If you’ve ever held yourself back because of what you think others might think, this episode might be a helpful companion. And I’d love to know have you ever noticed how differently you show up when you forget about being watched? Or was it not possible and there are times you decided to do something else instead? 🐴✨🫶 LISTEN to Zoë

🐎 Week 6 - 2026
Hi friends, Alright, let’s do our Weekly Wins 🤩 ✨ Before I head off for the weekend (I’ll be away and a little quieter here), I’d still love to hear from you. What’s wins have you had this week? Maybe something like: - What felt easier than it used to? - What did you notice about yourself this week? - Was there a moment where you chose a new focus over frustration? I’ll read everything and reply as soon as I’m back. Have a lovely weekend, everyone, Happy Horsing, Zoë 🐴✨🫶

@Zoë Coade thank you so much for your advice! I will study every subject this week so I can try things this weekend. I noticed that I need to put myself a few steps back and keep reminding myself that he is young and doesn't know anything. Because of my enthusiasm I want to go to quick. And at the same time I hope it gives him some peace because I don't scare fast in some situations and he can lean on me. Hope you understand what I'm saying 😅😂
Want to give back to the horses that give me so much
Hi All, this sounds like a very safe place (which can be rare in the equestrian world). I started riding at 6, got my first horse at 13, mourned him at 28, took years away from horses because it felt disloyal, and started riding again about 8 years ago. I ride at a non-profit riding centre so I'm working with lesson and therapy horses who are handled by a variety of people. Giquau has stolen my heart because he was the horse who took care of me while I was pregnant with my youngest son. He's a gentle giant (half draft) who I would literally trust with my life and that of my children. He (and really all the horses) have done so much for me that I want to be the best equestrian I can to give back to them. I look forward to learning and growing in a way that will benefit Giquau (and all the horses I work with). ❤️🐴

Wauw what a beautiful way to keep growing for yourself and the horses around you❤️
✨ Every day is a dream…
…when I get to play with this one! Thought was a nice clip to share using rhythmic pressure to back up! We can also do it without, just on breath and energy or with smaller cues of course, so thought this was a nice reminder that predictable pressure creates confident horses. It believe it does not help to always have secret small cues, it’s also not how horses talk always either. Includes hunt (touch) the fence with your butt and come back to mumma, without moving my feet for draw. Followed by a full on Lenny the Licker frenzy 😂🫣🤭 Filmed 2 days ago when we were blessed with a teaser of spring 🌼 🐴 ☀️

I'm Kimberly, I had a beautiful Appaloosa mare Kenzi who was my first mentor. Just bought and started with our 1,5year old gelding Summer.
