Kid Friendly Food Swaps
As a Nutrition Coach, one of the questions I hear most often is, “What should I feed my child if I want them to eat healthier?” As many parents know, that’s not always an easy answer—especially if you’re dealing with a picky eater. The good news is that there are simple, healthy swaps for many popular kid-friendly foods that are easy to find and, in my experience, kid-approved. I’ve included a list of 'better' and 'best' food swaps that I hope you’ll find helpful.

I’ve been a patient since July along with my 3yo son. We were exposed to toxic mold in our home and have to vacate and now live in an RV. Dr. Serge has been the most caring and attentive provider for the both of us. I am so happy to say that my son has detoxed and is now healing. He’s a completely new kid, I have never seen him so happy, healthy, and able to do independent and imaginative play. It’s truly been a miracle and an answered prayer. My journey to detoxing has been more complicated as I am managing co-infections (parasitic infection, candida, fluoride and plastics) while breastfeeding my 10mo baby girl. I am really sensitive to Herx symptoms, where I’m bedridden, and have a sluggish lymphatic system forcing me to have to detox and kill off the parasites very slowly. At times I get frustrated and overwhelmed with that so I’d love to talk to other patients who may have been through something similar.

@Karen Samarelli what an enormous blessing of healing! I’m so sorry you had to experience all of that pain. I’m experiencing mold and parasites as well and have been bedridden at times and I have 2 little kids and it has been heartbreaking to not be the mom they deserve at times. While I’m not currently feeling as awful, it comes and goes. How long did/has your detoxing journey take(n), in particular with the parasites?
