Want to share a realization I had recently about my little understanding of why everyone is perfect and why everyone’s life is perfect
I had a meeting with my mentor today. She is a very lovely lady with successful career. I reached out to her because I want to develop more of mg career and I need a professional like her to give me some advice. At the end of our meeting, we chatted a little bit about our life and family. I said that I hope I can have my dream career just like you. Then she sighed and said to me: I wish I can have my own child. She told me she tried everything to have a baby, and yet she can’t. Then I realized that something is so common to us maybe so precious to others that they don’t have. That’s why I realize that I already have my perfect life, because my daily life is someone’s perfect life that she’s being dreamed for so long. It’s just like we are the same person who lives in different parallel worlds. We all experience different aspects of life in each world. We thought that our life is not good enough. But in fact we are the one. We are just different sides of a beautiful diamond. Just because we can’t see the other sides, we think that we are just a flat mirror. But in fact we are the diamond as a whole. After realizing this, I started to feel more grateful for my life, for everything I have. Another thing I realized is that how not to grasp, how being relaxing and trust ourselves, trust the process can help us get the things we want. For me when I am so eager to get a job, all I felt was anxiety, fear and lack. But when I trust myself that I am perfect, I am worthy. I started to see what I really want. Then it helped to make right decisions and avoid some potential troubles. OK this is the end of my sharing, hope I made my point :)

Reminds me of a quote also "To live in the past is depression, to live in the future is anxiety. To live in the present is peace"
A challenge :) Good deed week, or day.
Try to do one good deed a week or day and see how the it feels. I'll start in the comment below:

OK! So today a young man asked me to use my phone. I live in London so was skeptical, but I allowed him to call the police on my phone on loudspeaker. He was from a care home and was a missing person. He had no way of knowing how to get to where he needed to be. I was at work (I work in a train station painting) so took him to the office and waited with him. Had a nice chat and that's it. Good deed haha
I'm curious.
What moment in your life first made you realise there is more to life than you had been told.

@Yun Chieh Huang I have quite a few traumas I'm yet to overcome. Family alcoholism, passing of members and being attacked by a member when I was younger. But I will get there :)

What Limits Are You Placing On Your Potential(s)?
We are unlimited beings naturally and innately, but most beings are playing small and limiting their potential(s). What limits are you placing on your potenial(s)?

This reminds me of a quote. "What is mind? No matter. What is matter? Never mind"
How to forgive
Hi community, wanted to see if anyone had some insight on how to forgive when it feels hard to, specially in regards to betrayal/loss of trust, thanks 💛

First you must make your peace with what it is you wish to forgive. Why has this person done this, were they perhaps misguided? Or bitter out of jealousy or envy. But in the end the best way is to realise most of us are walking blind and so easily led astray into the reptile brain. Always in survival and therefore hurting good people. I personally had a friend scam me for £2000 after I had let him stay with me while he was homeless and I fed him. I moved away from him but I forgave his actions in my self as he must be blind. Was that £2000 really worth a lifetime of good friendship and a brother. I think not, more woe on him. I hope this helps
