I Almost Didn’t Join the Blitz — Joining Changed Everything
I signed up for Skool in August 2024. I paid the $99/month.... and just kept paying it.. having zero idea wtf to do with it... So in May 2025... after paying $990 and having done eff all with it...I opened Skool with the intention to shut my community down, stop paying for something I wasn’t using, and move on. Instead, something caught my attention. I went down a rabbit hole. And somehow… I ended up in Goosify. I didn’t know what Goosify was... I didn’t know what the Blitz was. I joined my first star call where @Vincent Roswandowicz was lighting firecrackers in his room dressed as wizard or something.....and I was like what kind of business growth community is this??? And oddly — and inexplicably — something in my heart said… these are my people. But what I definitely didn’t know was how much this place was about to change my life.... Probably like a lot of you in here right now. So, wanted to share my real timeline here, with actual context, because maybe it might help some of you.... especially if you’re feeling unsure, too small, too behind, or staring at Goosify thinking what the fuck is this, what is a blitz and am I already late? 🅹🆄🅽🅴 2025 I joined my first Blitz with 35 members in my community. That’s it. 35 humans. And with that group, I finished Top 5 in the Blitz I set the goal of 1000 members by Jan 1st 2026 🅹🆄🅻🆈 I hit my first goal: $250 MRR. It was small but intentional and that’s what mattered. I didn’t hustle for it. I just opened a door. So I celebrated it — because that’s how momentum actually works. 🅰🆄🅶🆄🆂🆃 I won the Blitz with 69 members in my community. Yes. Really. You read that right. 69. My goal had been 100 members. I didn’t hit it. And I won anyway.... and 69 is way more fun than 100 anyways I partnered with @Arda Halibryam , and what made it epic wasn’t the number — it was how aligned, collaborative, and genuinely fun it was. That mattered more than the result.

🍓 Blame me for wingman
FIRST- a reminder: Wingman will be back online Friday! ull see a lot of bugs and breaks until then. and you can blame me for that one, the dev team gave me two options: 1. roll out steady (no breaks) and updates land end of feb 2. roll out fast (with breaks) and updates land in jan I opted for 2 for 2 reasons 1. i have 1 month off from the world tour + so im workin on this myself every day 2. i figured with ur help and feedback, we could get everything realigned fast January is gonna be a BIG month. and if u can be patient w me, youll have: not only some new really powerful tools for ur community at ur fingertips, but also an app for ur phone and ipad, (so you dont need to just use a lappy anymore.) but also a WHOLE series of videos that i will make myself showing you exactly how to use every piece. its a new tool, but i think when its done ull be surprised how simple it is for how much it does :) so please give me ur feedback- good and bad hope that makes sense!! im just sooper duper excited!

🌟 How I Won the Star by Logging Off and Leading with Trust
When I landed in Costa Rica, our community sat at #43 in the Money category. I knew we were moving up — slowly but surely — and that we’d eventually get that Star. But how incredible would it be to get it while I was in Costa Rica, at a Skool IRL event? To have that moment happen full circle — surrounded by people who truly understand what it means to build community — and to celebrate it together in person. Everyone says the Money board moves painfully slow. You need sleepless nights, constant posts, endless “what’s-for-dinner?” threads, and meme wars just to move the needle — or massive MRR, or giant groups with thousands of members. But that wasn’t going to be my story. I also wasn’t about to fly halfway around the world to Costa Rica — to be in the same room as some of the most inspiring humans I’ve ever met — and spend it behind a screen. I only had a few days to be physically present with these people. The ones I’d watched, learned from, and quietly admired — people who honestly felt leagues ahead of me. I wasn’t even sure I belonged in that room. But I was there — and I wasn’t going to waste it. Before I left, my community gave me the best advice I could’ve asked for: “Jen, you’ve poured everything into us. You’ve shown up. You’ve given your all. Now it’s your turn. Don’t waste this trip glued to your laptop trying to keep serving us. Be present. Soak it in. Serve yourself. Every conversation and connection will come back to us in ways we can’t even see yet.” They told me to rest. To recalibrate. To allow myself to grow. “You’ve done enough for us,” they said. “The community will still be here when you get back. Let us do this for you.” It was hard to hear — because my instinct is always to keep showing up, to keep pouring into them. But they were right. So I listened. I set my calls aside. I closed the tabs. I silenced the pings. And I did the one thing most group owners would never dare to do when they’re that close to earning a Star: I logged off — fully.

Beautifully put ❤️ And it's why I'm growing slowly and intentionally not chasing the star myself at the moment. As I'm focusing on serving my community and encouraging them to share and support each other. It's BRILLIANT that you've grown such an engaged community!! Bravo.

@Jen Ritchie hahaha yeah I bet. It's definitely too intense for me to maintain that all the time. You've clearly built something great.
