🔥 Day 4 of My Public Dance Journey
Today I went with “Before You Break My Heart” by Jade. The energy was soulful, fun, and free. I didn’t overthink it—I just let the groove carry me and enjoyed being seen. Confidence isn’t about being flawless. It’s about being willing to let your joy show in public. That’s a muscle you can train just like technique. ✨ Your TurnWhat’s one song you’d dance to just for joy—no pressure, no perfection? Comment it below ⬇️ 👉🏾 And if you find yourself holding back, or struggling to show joy in your movement, that’s exactly what we work on in private coaching. DM me if you’re ready to loosen up and let your movement breathe.

This day reminded me that sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is just dance for joy and let people see it. What’s one track that always gets you smiling?
🔥 Day 3 of My Public Dance Journey
Today’s track: “Gorgeous” by Doja Cat.The energy? Light, fun, and creative. Confidence isn’t clean counts, it’s presence. It’s showing up and letting yourself be seen. I leaned into that today, playing with movement and the editing because the vibe called for it. When I allow myself to fall into creativity like that, it feels like a reset. And that’s important to remember, not every day has to be serious. Joy and creativity are part of the training too. ✨ Your Turn. If you filmed yourself dancing today, would it be about precision, or would you let it be about play?Comment below ⬇️ 👉🏾 And if you find it hard to loosen up and let joy show in your dancing, this is exactly the type of work we dig into in private coaching. DM me if you want to explore it.

Day 3 reminded me that confidence shows up in play too—not just in serious training. Do you let yourself dance for joy, or do you get stuck chasing perfection?
🎶 Day 2 of My Public Dance Journey
Yesterday was deep, soulful, and vulnerable. Today? Pure fun. I picked a playful track by Chloe, quick, upbeat, and full of personality. This one wasn’t about control or technicality. It was about giving myself permission to enjoy the music, laugh, and just vibe in public. That balance matters. Every entry doesn’t need to crack you open. Sometimes the growth is learning to be seen while having fun. ✨ Your Turn What’s a track you’d use if your only goal was to play, smile, and let go? Comment it below ⬇️ 👉🏾 And if you feel like you always end up stiff or too serious when you dance, that’s exactly what we work on in private coaching—unlocking texture, joy, and presence all at once. DM me if that’s you.

Dancing to Chloe’s track today was just fun, and I needed that. It reminded me presence doesn’t always have to be heavy. What’s a song that instantly gets you out of your head and into joy?
🌎 The 7-Day Public Dance Journey
Dancing in public is one of the biggest fears for most dancers. No stage. No lights. No mirror. Just you, the music, and whoever happens to be around. That fear is exactly why I’m doing this. For the next 7 days, I’ll be freestyling outside in public spaces. Every day, a new song. Every day, a new location. Every day, facing the nerves that come with being seen. The mission? ✨ To practice presence ✨ To build confidence in front of others ✨ To reconnect with the joy of dancing freely I’ll share each day’s freestyle here in the community, along with the song choice, why I picked it, and how the experience felt. And I want you with me. Not just watching—participating. ✨ Your InvitationYou can join this challenge in two ways: • Participate: Pick your own song and film yourself dancing outside this week (even if it’s just 30 seconds). • Reflect: Comment each day with what song you’d choose, and what fear or resistance you’d be pushing through. Let’s make this a group journey—not just me out there, but all of us showing up for ourselves and each other.

🌎 The 7-Day Public Dance Journey
🌎 The 7-Day Public Dance Journey (Day 1)
What happens when you stop waiting for the perfect moment—and just dance in public where anyone can see? That’s the challenge I set for myself. For 7 days, I’m freestyling outside in public spaces. No stage lights. No class mirror. Just me, the song, and whoever’s around. The mission: to practice presence, push past fear, and build freedom in how I show up. Day 1 started with “Lucky” by Luchane. Britney Spears was a favorite of mine growing up, and this cover transforms one of her ballads into something even more soulful and emotional. It also brought me back to my grandma’s music—jazz, soul, gospel, blues—the sounds that shaped my ear and feel like home. And here’s the truth: it stretched me. Jazz and soul are still the hardest for me to freestyle to because they require vulnerability and technicality. But leaning into that fear—especially in public—felt like the right way to start this journey. ✨ Your Turn: What’s one song outside your comfort zone that you’d challenge yourself to dance to?Drop it below ⬇️ 👉🏾 And if you know you need more support stepping into these kinds of breakthroughs, this is exactly the work we sharpen in private coaching. DM me if you’re ready to explore it.

Dancing Day 1 to Lucky wasn’t easy—it pushed me outside my comfort zone. But that’s the point: growth comes from leaning in, not waiting to be ready. What’s one song that would stretch you the same way?

I’ve been a dancer for a long time but have realized the limitations of my practice. Looking for something to help me reach a new level of mobility.
